Had a great time in this accommodation. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to soak up some ocean views and watch boat lovers take off into the sunset. The staff at the Wallaroo Marina were more than accommodating. Definitely recommend the 3brm penthouse apartment which had its own rooftop bbq area and private garaged car area.

Loved our stay here. Amazing view looking out onto the water. Lots of privacy as the houses on the other side of the water are so far away. Very modern apartment with Everything you need provided. Coffee machine was appreciated. Great bathroom with a bathtub. Comfortable bed. Friendly checkin. Loads of free parking outside. Easy drive up to the small town or easy stroll to the Office beach. If you want to go to North Beach then you will need to drive as you need to drive around to the other side of the marina.

Booked for a single Friday night stay in preparation for the Ferry ride across the Gulf the next morning. Room was up on the 4th floor overlooking the marina. It's quite big for two poeple, separate bedroom and bathroom and all the comforts of a self contained apartment you would imagine. The property adjoins the Coopers Alehouse Pub - which was our preferred oiption for dinner - however without a booking forget it. There is no priority for hotel guests which was pretty disappointing. We ended up getting take away pizza from one of the places in town. Parking we reserved one of the 4 spots underneath, otherwise you're out with the masses in the public carpark. Noise wise it was a Friday night so expected it to be pretty noisy. Wasn't too bad from the venue perspective. The main issue was kids throwing rocks into the water, they thought it was hilarious but didn't please me so much. Overall the town of Wallaroo is another one of those hidden South Australian gems that doesn't get the credit it deserves from people in other parts of the country. Perfect over nighter if you're getting the ferry early.

We booked for 2 nights in the 2 bedroom penthouse suite ( 25 ). Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay. The under cover car park and Complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch. No issues with running out of hot water as previous reviewers had noted. Views from the balcony and roof top garden were stunning. Having the ale house next door was convenient but also only a short walk to the town centre. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice and neat room. Complete with kitchen wares which was really unexpected because we just had the suite. Love the balcony view. You can see the North Beach from it. I love having my coffee there. We had the rm13. The only downside of it was aircon. Can’t really cool the room. But definitely we will love to have a stay again here…♥️

We stayed in a corner suite on the 1st floor, suitable for a couple. Not entirely ideal as we heard every noise from the carpark, and had many a person stare at us when we were sitting on the balcony as they were walking past. Also the bathroom has clear window panes, which I thought was surprising due to privacy issues, especially being on the 1st floor. Room was clean, and had plenty of cupboard space, although above the bathroom window there was a major crack in the wall. Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant, view over the Marina is great, we had to clean the balcony window ourselves to see the view as the salt spray had made it very dirty. Fridge was very small, we struggled to fit in a bottle of wine. We had to laugh as they offered (for a fee of course) a full breakfast for you to cook yourself. Very hard to do when you only have a small microwave oven. Would be more suited to the apartments which had full size fridges, cooktops and ovens. It's situated away from the centre of town, but we found the walk into town easy enough. Over all we had a pleasant 3 night stay and would stay here again.

My partner and I stayed three nights. We could not fault the accommodation. however the check-in could have been more welcoming. Continental breakfasts were included in our deal but the ordering form was not user friendly, nor explained by staff. There was a full size fridge in our room which was handy.

Great view over the Wallaroo Marina from our balcony. Room very clean and well equipped. Really comfortable bed. Situated on the Marina and away from the town - do need a car. Right next door to Coopers Ale House for lunch and dinner. Very pleasant overnight stay.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. A bedroom, ensuite, kitchen and loungeroom upstairs for mum & dad, and, 2 rooms, bathroom and loungeroom downstairs for the kids. This is great as the parents can party upstairs with little or no interruption from the kids (thanks Wifi, yes, the wifi was good quality). The carport was confined and only had room for 1 small car so we parked outside. The apartment wasn't water front but still had nice views from the verandah. It was nice to be able to go for a stroll on the boardwalk and having a tavern right next door which made eating out easy! Wallaroo is nice however you'll still need a car to visit some of the attractions unless you love going on longer then average walks. Overall, this apartment was very good and suited all our needs for privacy and eating out.
