Just arrived home from the most amazing weekend at Stonewell Cottages. Pictures really don't give this place justice. We were blown away from the moment we arrived. The cottage itself was so homely and cosy and had a wonderful country vibe without feeling old or dated. The wood fire was lovely and the beds and pillows were devine. A huge...

We stayed for two nights in the haven spa retreat on weekend. What an amazing place to stay. The cottage is so cute and everything you would want in accommodation. The surroundings are picturesque, you wake up looking out at the vineyards. What blew us away was all the extras included in the cottage and all the extra little details...

The complimentary gifts were a welcome surprise and it really was a great place to stay offering all you could possibly need. We loved the ducks welcoming us and the quality toiletries provided. We will defiantly stay at the...

I couldn't recommend this place more! We stayed in Haven 2, which was just lovely and included a log fire and a large spa room. The scenery is truly stunning with lake complete with friendly ducks and vineyards. The little touches of local produce from cheese to coffee were unexpected and happily received. They even offer a complimentary bottle of...

Fantastic location. Near to all the wineries. Very cosy cottage yet with all the amenities you want. We even cooked and found the kitchen to be well stocked. All that we needed was there. Only inconvenience was that the outdoor sensor lighting was not working too well, hence it was alittle disconcerting trying to drive out in the night. Otherwise...

My Sister and I decided to feed Neville (the duck) and his companions some bread and some biscuits as they kept coming to our gate to beg for food. We always relent as we love animals so much but we cannot have one of our own since we live in the city. I had a problem with millipedes in the...

We had a great stay. The cottage included an amazing array of local produce. We also stopped by the local farmers' market and had a great cosy night in by the fire. The row boat was also a bit of fun! The location is good with most things within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

After much research into various accommodation options in the Barossa we decided to book with Stonewell Cottages - and we are SO happy we did! We were in the Haven Spa Retreat as part of the Celebration Package. The cottage is too cute for words... beautifully furnished and laid out... with a huge spa bath to die for. Walking into...

We booked this gorgeous retreat for a weeks get-a-way with friends to the Barossa, and were so pleased we did. Consisting of 4 seperate cottages discreetly hidden from each other amongst the vines, we were in "The Hideaway" which is suitable for two couples. It was absolutely perfect. The ducks from the lake greeted us on arrival, and we quickly...
