Great 5 night stay in the Krondorf cottage, the king bed was super comfortable, the cottage had everything we needed. Sandra was lovely and very helpful providing information about the area and also checking if we needed any further supplies. The produce provided for breakfast is locally sourced and more than enough. The Freshly baked bread, bottle of Shiraz and complimentary port was also a very nice touch to have at the end of each night. There was a shared washing machine/dryer and drying rack laundry liquid provided which came in very handy. The location was great being close to surrounding towns within the area.

Beautiful cottage right in the middle of Barossa valley. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and clean. All the vineyards are within a short drive. We had one problem and that was the amount of towels. We stayed 2 nights and had asked in advance for extra towels so we could shower both days (it is summertime and sweaty). But we hadn't enough towels so we asked 2 extra towels. She agreed but didn't give us extra towels. But what she did was gross. We had thrown all the dirty towels in the bathtub and she took a dirty towel from this pile of towels. She folded the towel again and putted the towel back on the towel rack as a new towel. (without washing the towel) DISGUSTING!!! We are 100% sure she did this because we recognized the towel she putted back on the towel rack. The towel had several dirty spots, we recognised this immediately, We don't understand why you do something like this. Also the blankets on the bed were not cleaned/washed before our stay You get breakfast which you have to prepare by yourself. This is great and the loaf you get is delicious. You can fry your own eggs but there is no dishwasher that is really a missing item in the cottage.. If the hostess was better (disgusting towels) we would have given this cottage at least 4 stars but now we can't give more than 3 stars.

Beautiful tranquil location in Bethany in the Barossa Valley. Comfortable and well equipped self contained cottage on a beautiful property. Very pleased with our find. Close to most of the wineries and restaurants. Enjoyed the peace and quietness of the cottage. A must stay if visiting the region.

We sent 5 nights here and were in the Bethany cottage, warm welcome, and was so surprised when we arrive to find the fridge stocked with food; bacon, farm fresh eggs, milk, juice fresh baked bread and so much more. Loved the fire place, and also having a bottle of wine on the table upon your arrival. Everything was thought of. Nothing was too much trouble, Sandra made us feel very welcome, she has a beautiful doggo, and the chickens even come to visit at your door. There is a shared laundry with the other 3 cabins, a carport for the car, and lots of room in the cabin. We would definitely stay here again as it was very central to all the wineries in the Barossa, excellent location and close to shops and cafes too. Thanks again Sandra for a wonderful stay 😊😊

My husband and I stayed here in the Krondorf Cottage on the weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The cottage is lovely and clean and very cosy. The bed and pillows are so comfortable which make for a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast provisions are generous and the freshly baked bread was to die for. We loved meeting Kora the dog who gave us a warm welcome on arrival. As we have stayed here before the owner provided us with a complimentary cheese platter which we thought was a nice touch. The cottages are in a great position close to Tanunda and the wineries, yet the surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing weekend and will definitely return.

Our group of friends stayed here last year and were so happy with the accommodation that we rebooked here for 2 nights this year. Well, we were not disappointed. There were still local produce provided with fresh baked bread on our arrival day. Very impressed! As return customer, we got a cheese platter the next day as well! Looking forward to be back next year!

We recently stayed 3 nights in the Krondorf Cottage and had a very relaxing time. The breakfast provisions were wonderful, especially the freshly baked bread. The wood fire heated the cottage beautifully and made for a very cosy wet afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the electric blanket was much appreciated. The only negative was the very low pressure in the shower but the spa bath was a lovely touch. Great hospitality, thank you.

Great position with easy access all around Barossa. Cottage is quaint with everything you need -loved the peaceful surroundings plus roses and lavender bushes outside the door. Our host was so welcoming and helpful - she even baked fresh bread - we had to eat a slice while it was still warm even though we'd had dinner. Breakfast supplies were plentiful and varied - even had mushrooms and home made sauce. Wonderful

Beautiful cottage, excellent location 3 min drive to town. The cottage was catered with food for breakfast (very generous brekky, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, yogurt, fresh bread etc and plenty of it for the length of our stay). Well equipped cottages including a shared laundry area (plus dryer machine, iron & iron table). Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Barossa.
