Detailed Reviews
This Cravan Park is a Member of KUI PARKS, it is well set out with large grassed powered sites, with well maintained areas. Camp Kitchen/Laundry very large with plenty of seating. Shower / Tiolet block very modern, and spotless, however would have liked to see soap containers on walls, and also shower curtains, as shower rose is from ceiling (Very good idea) but, water splashes out into the dry area. BBQ located around park, with a short walk from whichever site you are on.
Great Park highly recommended.

We booked this park after not being able to get into any of the parks closer to the beach and were not disappointed. Even though this is 'just out' of town its only a 5 minute bike ride to the main street. The park was busy being Easter but we had plenty of room even though we were on one of the smaller powered sites (#90). So green and shady. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff here were second to none. Friendly and helpful at every turn and the amenities and facilities we used were always spotless as were the grounds. We were in a tent on a nice grassy site near a smaller older kitchen which we just used for dish washing. There was a much larger newer camp kitchen at the other end of the site next to an older amenities block. On the downside, those with larger vans sometimes struggled to fit them on the sites and for some reason the clothes lines were old hills hoists that looked they had been in a war and lost, being extremely bent with sagging wires. These could definitely do with replacing, especially the lines with something tighter and safer than wire. We also stayed in a cabin for a couple of days off the tent which was also spotlessly clean and well equipped, although there is some road noise towards the back of the campsite. A drive, or bike ride away from town or a good 2km walk but opposite a beautiful wide sweep of beach, perfect for fishing or swimming and a good sized green space for exercising dogs or kids!! Also a small indoor pool which kids loved. Overall, a good stay.

We stayed here for three nights in a tent as part of a longer trip in February. At that time of year it was lovely and quiet. A very pleasant setting amongst the trees and super family friendly: our two kids could roam on the grass and jump on the jumping pillow without any worry about cars. The facilities were excellent. Very clean and well set up toilets/showers. A large camp kitchen with sofas and a tv and two stoves. At the time of year we visited it was quite windy and the other caravan park by the sea would have been extremely blowy and was a lot more crowded. Nearby to a walking track with access to the beach or a very short drive to other beaches. We would definitely come back.

We stayed here twice. The first time we got the most beautiful and isolated site surrounded by bush. It felt like we were on our own and we loved it. The second time we were told bush camping was only available during peak season. Their website didn’t state anything on this matter. We travelled 6 hours from Melbourne to be put in an open area surrounded by 30 caravans and tents with no privacy whatsoever, with barking dogs and noisy caravans. We would have never gone if we knew this and we certainly are not going again

Fantastic park! Owner was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed for two nights - large grassy sites amongst the bush, heaps of room, communal fire pits and spotlessly clean amenities! Great 2 km coastal walk into the town which is well worth doing. Would highly recommend this park - we’ll be back!!

Great camp ground. We loved our grassy site among the trees. Near to one of the communal fire pits which was good for evening conversation with other campers . Lovely, friendly staff and clean facilities. We took our bikes and it was easy to hop onto the coastal path for a short ride (or walk) into town. Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently spent four nights on a powered site at this Park and loved every minute of our stay. The park is all grassed and very open. The amenities were immaculate. The fact that it is so close to town, and on the way to the Robe Dairy, make it even more attractive.
The only negative was that we parked near the trees which would have been lovely and shady in the summer, but proved to be a bit cold in the cooler month of May. In saying that, the wind came up and the trees formed a windbreak - so just be aware of these things when choosing your site.

Originally I booked for four nights and ended up staying for eight. We have a camper trailer and stayed in one of the secluded sites. It was like camping in the bush except we had power and water. We arrived on a long weekend. Didn’t have to ever wait for toilets and showers and they were always clean. Other site options in the park also looked very nice and there were a few different choices of areas. Huge camp kitchen also.
The owners were very nice and friendly.
Would love to go back!

Hi Damien, I've just returned from another trip from there and stayed at the park and I can assure you I seen dogs of all sizes......when i last visited the owner of the park said in no uncertain terms that they would not allow dogs of any description......seems they have had a change of mind
if still in doubt give the park a call......all the best, dave
