Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good solid motel. Good value for money, clean and comfortable. Good amenities on site with bar and bistro which was great. Reception staff very friendly and is a good base to explore the Barossa being close to the main areas. Also has electric vehicle chargers which were handy

Within driving distance of home but time to stop. Had two upstairs rooms in the hotel, beautifully presented and very clean and cool. Added bonus of thick stone walls and opening windows. Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night with just a little noise between 10-12. Ceiling fan is a nice touch in addition to R/C. Had dinner downstairs, nice meal with cocktails as a chaser. Thanks

We had lunch here and it was exceptional value and quality. The roast was so tender, the best ever. Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the facilities were well maintained and very clean.

the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Service was faultless for Dinner and also for Breakfast. A very enjoyable two Days and Husband enjoyed the Swimming Pool Grab rails in the Toilet and Shower were greatly appreciated as I have mobility issues. The ambience of the room is apparent the moment you step into it. Can not find anything negative to say about our stay.

The Vine Inn is just fantastic. We stayed there for two nights, the motel rooms are great, spacious clean and quiet. The restaurants in the hotel are just wonderful and the staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. This place would have to be a jewel in the Barossa Valley, highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Stayed for 4 nights. My 3rd or 4th stay there. Reception staff were great, so friendly. The motel room was ground floor looking out to a vineyard (it's beyond a car park) Room was a typical motel, dated but well looked after. Every thing worked well, especially the AC. Wifi was good. Close to the pub and the main street. Will stay again.

Flying trip to the Barossa and just wanted an easy night after long drive. From the time I rang half an hour before arriving, to the time I left I felt relaxed. Check in was easy and rooms where nice. Located in a great position to walk to shops or the Main Street. I enjoyed the stay. Being a Monday it was not run off its feet, but the staff made you feel welcome. Travelling solo it can sometimes be a isolating experience, but the bar staff made sure to make you feel welcome. Owning my own hospitality business I would be proud if I had staff like this making the stay relaxing and friendly. I don’t often leave tips , but maybe because it’s Christmas or maybe it’s because The staff made an effort to engage their patrons and make sure they where happy. But I felt that they deserved credit given where credit due. Will definitely recommend to maté’s staying in the area. My only issue as little as it is was the towels just did not want to absorb water. First world problem I know but I hated using two towels as it created more laundry. Keep it up guys. A great community hotel.

Called in and thought we could get something for breakfast. On entering we were met by rude man who said we wouldn't get anything until11.00 a.m.. He pointed out other side of building.for us to go. He didn't seem bothered that we didn't stay. They should take down all day dining sign at front of building if this is the response people get. We won't be back. Only put 1 star for the building.

Great location only few kilometres away from great wineries. Good size room, a bit outdated but clean. Parking behind the hotel, just avoid the one under the tree because of the bird poo. Easy check-in and out, staff are very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the motel, had dinner in the hotel bistro. Motel and hotel about 400m apart, along shopping strip. Motel basic but comfortable. Good bathroom and fridge. Comfy bed (double plus single). Excellent seafood platter for two at the bistro.
