Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My daughter and I stayed here on our little holiday around the bottom of Yorke Peninsular. A great place to base your self and the unit was very comfortable but basic. Had everything you need for a stay, we stayed for 4 nights and it was great. Had a hiccup with water but it was fixed easily thanks to a very concerned owner he got onto it straight away. A very clean and tidy unit, would stay here again no problem.

We returned on 5/2/15 after 4 days at Unit 1 of two available units. We had a two bedroom unit that was extremely clean and contained all you would want in a holiday home. It had TV, recorder, DVD player, lots of DVD's a CD player with CD's, books, magazines and jigsaws. The area is a little remote so take supplies but it is great. The Innes National Park was really good for walks and scenery. Will definitely recommend.

Stayed until 17-8-16. We are ex caravan people & experienced with this location. We had unit 1 & very happy with the location & condition of this place. Its only a short walk to the beach to fish. not much luck on the fishing though.
The unit is very spacious. Air-con, bed, shower & kitchen were great. We where there during the Olympics telecast. The reception was amazing.
Its stupid when you have to book your access to the national park online when there is NO internet available at Marion Bay. Don't know why they changed it. Stupid Govt

As others have mentioned, basic but comfortable enough. Unfortunately one of the owners double booked ( which I can see from reviews, this was not the first time). We were just lucky we could access unit 1 (due to the faulty key lock box) as she basically tried to tell us we can't stay there, no apology or alternative offered. Very bad customer service experience which had the potential to ruin our planned holiday. The area was lovely. Very windy at this time but gave us the opportunity to explore the area. Pt Victoria was like being in another state; complete opposite weather (very little wind & slightly warmer) and the squid were biting. Would visit again but be more selective with accommodation as the customer service is just as important as the accommodation itself.

What a beautiful place to relax and unwind.
Small but accommodating holiday rental, short distance from caravan park and local shops.
While local shops are somewhat expensive, the apartment contains everything you need to be self sufficient whilst you’re away. You don’t need to purchase anything if you bring what you need with you.
Beautiful beaches, private spots to fish and just relax with a book.
A lovely little unit in which to bring family as well. Board games, puzzles, DVD’s, bbq, what more can I say. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to get away.
We drove to nearby Wool Bay in the wee hours and manage to catch some squid and then enjoy it for lunch with a nice red.
Can’t wait to return and extend our stay.
Thanks so much

A group of 3 friends stayed in Unit 2 for 3 nights whilst exploring Innes National Park and surrounding areas. Good clean accommodation, good sized kitchen to prepare meals, large dining table and comfy couches to sit on at the end of the day.

Having a separate toilet is a bonus, and a walk-in shower (not over a bath tub) is so nice! The bunk beds in the 2nd room are definitely intended for children and not adults, so watch your legs and head as you get in & out of the bunk bed.

When we stayed, the bushes on the side of the driveway were a bit overgrown and could do with a trim, but apart from that, the property was reasonably well maintained.
