Detailed Reviews
Lovely family park!! Our 2 bedroom unit was a good size for our family of six. If you have teenagers travelling with you I would suggest grabbing keys for the park toilet block for showering, etc ($20 refundable deposit required). Park was clean and the pool was welcomed on a hot day. Well stocked kiosk and lovely staff. We will be back for another stay.

Needed some urgent accommodation to attend a funeral because our first choice was not up to standard (it smelt). Rang on the off chance they had a cabin left and they did. It’s not a spectacular tourist park but our accommodation was light and airy,, the bed was comfortable, it had a great shower and the hosts were very obliging. Very good value for money.

Booking process was relatively easy with a holding deposit having been taken prior to arrival.
Reception was friendly and it was pleasing to see the park had a boom access gate for security.
We stayed in one of the studio cabins and it was modern, comfortable, clean and well furnished.
It was a very hot day on arrival there and this led to the only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars, and that was the air conditioning. The cabin was very hot on arrival but to activate the aircon required a key that was on the keyring and couldn't be removed. While I get it that some careless people leave the aircon running while they are absent all day, it meant that when my wife and I went to dinner in town that evening, the cabin had heated up again and took a number of hours before it cooled the room again. Some places actually turn on the aircon prior to guests arriving which would be a nice additional touch.
All said it's a nice place to stop. Well recommended.

Thank you for your review. I completely understand your concerns with the aircon and yes, we do it because with 19 cabins in our Park there are a lot of people running them all day and with the ever-increasing cost of power we have to be able to combat this somehow without putting other facilities at a disadvantage. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay overall.

My husband and I recently spent two nights at this park on a powered site and were very happy with everything. The park is an older one, but is clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Very quiet considering it is on a main road. The park caters for permanents, camping, cabins, powered sites and backpackers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Please read all the terms and conditions before signing in.
There is also video security cameras all around the park including the men's and women's bathroom. There are signs on the door, but as soon as you enter you give up your rights an be filmed.
Also the egress boom gate has a very short time frame so maybe it can come down on your caravan. Also if any tree branches come down on your van this is your responsibility not the park management.
Otherwise the park is ok

Found everything to be very clean. We had a powered site for approximately 2 weeks.
Staff were very helpful and the park is pet friendly. BBQ area was family friendly and was always kept clean. We had a large van and we were given a double site but only had to pay for one site.

We recently had a powered site here and while I understand the need for security, I'm just not sure of the necessity or legality of CCTV in the bathrooms. This isn't made clear on their website and I wasn't comfortable with constantly being recorded. I've stayed at multiple van parks over the last month and not one has CCTV in bathrooms or pool areas. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew this was the case.

Was a better park when it was a bad ass place
It’s like going to Pre school
Stay away from this one
They should learn how to talk to adults instead of talking down
The permanents are clingy within themselves
No life in the park it’s morbid

I stayed for two nights with my adult daughter as we had a family wedding. We booked an ensuite cabin. It was very clean and well-maintained. About 5-8 km from the township of Gawler. We had a cabin close to reception but despite being on a major highway, we didn't notice any noise from the traffic. I have recommended this accommodation to family and friends and am happy to make this recommendation here too.
