This was our first family camping trip and honestly, the park and the owners were amazing. They were so accommodating to us when we needed a grassed site, letting us move location without second thought because we had 3 small kids including an U2, and a dog. The grounds and facilities were very clean, well maintained and attentioned daily by their staff. Heaps of clean BBQs, a great communal camp kitchen with pots & pans, fridge, freezer etc, easy walk to nearby general store, easy 5min drive to Sultana Pt or the tidal pool. We loved the whole stay. Will definitely be back!

Nice sites particularly if you have a view of the harbour. The showers in the block are great but the ensuite I experienced lacked water pressure so the walk to the block is worth it. WE were here with a caravan club and enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyed a week there in our caravan. The park is well maintained and has numerous grassed areas for caravan or camping. The amenities were scrupulously clean and the staff friendly. It’s a great spot for fishers.
Being right on the sea, it can be a bit windy at times.
It’s a secure park with minimal noise even though it was quite full. Will go back again

Overall I had a relaxing stay with Edithbugh Caravan Park. The staff were friendly, the grounds well maintained. The bathroom facilities were clean and I liked that there was a mop and bucket for every shower stall. The laundry facilities were excellent, although an ability to use bank cards would be good for those who do not carry cash.

My cabin was clean except the crockery and utensils. I refused to use the kettle it was gross. I had to clean the frying pan as there was a thick layer of burned matter on it. I got a feeling cleaning staff don't monitor the cleanliness of the crockery and utensils. They will get somebody sick.

Beautiful view. Cabin was nice however for a deluxe cabin there was not one oven dish or any other cooking utensils, no bottle opener or extra blankets. The park manager expected me to buy my own oven dish or chase one up myself in the camp kitchen however her helpful and polite husband did this for us. We were wanting to cook that night. The office was unattended a few times and another guest and myself were waiting outside for assistance. This was our third year and I think it is under new management. I think next year we will try somewhere else. Last year seemed a lot better.

This caravan park has exceeded our expectations.
The attention to detail was phenomenal
The cleaners resume even down to cleaning out the toaster crumbs every morning was not unnoticed… even cleaning the inside of the ovens and replacing the tea towels twice daily.
The cleanliness of all communal facilities was fantastic even down to spraying the communal bin drop area with repellant so there are no nasty insects
The daily text messages to suggest activities in the town and general friendly attitude of the staff on site was the Cherry on top!
We can’t wait to return in November

We found Edithburgh to be a great spot to tour the Southern York Peninsula tourist spots. The caravan park is positioned so you can walk to the small shopping precinct, it’s on the “Walk the York” trail path and fantastic water views. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The facilities were good with a little bit of cosmetic maintenance on the unisex blocks would not go astray. Will stay their again when we travel this way again.

The park was very neat and well kept. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but adequate. The lady in reception was very helpful and we also received a discount voucher for a meal at the local hotel.

The spa cabins that we stayed in are roomy and have a wonderful view of the ocean......beach front cabins. The managers of the park are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them to do or find out for you. I would recommend this park if you are looking for somewhere to stay on the Yorke Peninsula in south Australia

The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of amenities, treating you as an individual, not just another tourist, all made this visit a winner!
The park is central to the compact town, meaning it's great to walk to the saltwater tidal pool, to do a loop of the shops, to meander through the Nature Park Reserve.
You can leave the car/campervan at the park while you explore with the dog (on a lead, of course!)
The museum on Edith Street was well worth a visit. Run by volunteers, local history very well presented, kids would like it too.
I used Edithburgh Caravan Park as a base to visit other parts of the southern Yorke Peninsula, and I was really pleased with that choice. Initially I'd booked for 2 nights, but then increased it to 4.
