Very comfy bed, good shower, good air conditioner- my priorities satisfied. This complex is currently undergoing refurbishment so don't judge a book by its cover. Friendly staff and nice quiet situation away from main roads. You are locked away from shopping and eating places but this is not a problem if you have a car. Only downside was the car...

Don't let the facade put you off - it looks old and run down from the road (they're currently renovating) but inside the rooms are exceptionally clean and very quiet. Great welcoming owner/operator service, beautiful crisp white linen on the beds and great value. Our first experience stopping at a Motel (my 4 y o just couldn't do the Melb...

We stayed in a family room again for one night on our way through town. Friendly and hospitable owners. Our renovated room was very clean, had comfortable beds and a large tv. Quiet with no traffic noise from the nearby highway. Short drive to town centre for meals etc. Great value at $115.

A great clean refurbished room. We were really pleased with this motel, booking was easy and as we were going to be a late check in, they phoned us to confirm our booking and to arrange payment and the all important key. The bed was really comfy as were the pillows. The motel is off the main highway, but not...

An overnight stay, the room was immaculate, refurbished, comfy bed. Bathroom was adequate and a makeover is promised in future. Off the highway, so very quiet. Walking distance to good pub for dinner. Absolutely nothing to complain about, compliments to new management.

We were very happy with the accommodation at this Motel. Due to a family service being postponed we needed to change the date we had booked for and owners, Mark & Kirstin, were great at accommodating this change. The bed was very comfortable and had everything in the room that we required. I would certainly recommend this motel and would...

Couldn't fault this place - close to the highway, but still quiet. Simple, clean and inexpensive rooms, wonderful friendly owners. Have stayed in other places in Bordertown before, but won't stay anywhere else now after staying here.

Stopped in for one night whilst traveling and was very pleasantly surprised to find an immaculate room, comfortable bed and just simply very good facilities. Worth staying for the ocean view! Looks like a bit of work going on by the owners so will only get better.
