Had a wonderful stay at Amy’s B&B. Delightful town Auburn in the Clare Valley. Amy’s accommodation was clean and tidy and well catered for with breakfast. Warm and cosy and very private. We will definitely come back.

Good accommodation very clean and tidy. They have thought about and provided nearly everything. We chose this place in particular for the fire. What was disappointing was that you are charged an extra $15 to use the fireplace which is not stated anywhere until you arrive. Also if you are going to charge $15 for wood provide kindling and smaller pieces of wood to get the fire started. I would suggest adjusting costs and including fire or clearly advertising fire not included. Sorry about the negative feedback but it would of made things much easier if stated clearly.

We recently enjoyed 3 nights at Amy’s 1 cottage, opting for the package including breakfast provisions and a bottle of wine. Firstly, Auburn is a great location for a Clare Valley holiday - the southern gateway to the region, a lovely historic town and several excellent options for food, drink, coffee (Velvet and Willow with great coffee, and stunning garden), the Rising Sun for a meal or drink, Auburn Terroir; the Riesling Trail and an easy drive to nearby towns, wineries. Amy’s House is in a quiet and tree lined street, a stroll to the main road, but a world away from the traffic. Amy’s 1 is the 1 bedroom option, with a well equipped kitchenette, dine, lounge, single bedroom, modern bathroom. All very nicely kept and lots of thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed, heating/ cooling plus wood fire, spa bath, rain shower. Books, movies, candles, outdoor setting, really lovely. Breakfast provisions were great, milk, juice, yoghurt, muesli, eggs, bacon, bread, condiments. Excellent. A really nice stay, recommended.

On a whim we looked for accommodation in Auburn for a girls night away and how lucky were we that Almond Tree Cottage was available. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time into this quant little cottage that has been updated just enough to make your stay comfortable without loosing the character of the cottage, comfortable bed and great shower made everything great. How nice to find a fresh loaf of bread and all the fixings for continental breakfast the next morning. If your looking to enjoy a weekend in beautiful Auburn to explore the beautiful Clare Valley stay at Amy’s Almond cottage.

We stayed in "Amy's 1" for 2 nights & had a excellent time. It is a quiet area away from the main road, but a short walk to Pub, cafes and restaurant. The bathroom has just been updated (including a spa) and was spotless. A great spot on the verandah to enjoy a wine & nibbles. The bed was comfortable. We opted for no breakfast as we treated ourselves to breakfast at Skillogalee winery which was amazing! We will return.

We had 2 nights here whilst on a wine tasting and appreciation visit to the Clare Valley. It was very cosy and had all the amenities you needed. Even full supply for a cooked breakfast and lots of little additions as well. The fire was great and really warmed up the cottage. Had a little BBQ outside but we didn't use it. Had heating in the bathroom as well as a spa bath. Bathroom a little dated but was still perfect. Sat outside on our little verandah with cheese and wine in the afternoons, surrounded by a lovely garden. You could walk into town to the Rising Sun Hotel and cafes in 5 minutes

Three of us stayed 2 nights in cottage number 2. We found the cottage very quirky and interesting, its was clean and tidy and very quite. The location was perfect to the main street of Auburn and close to other attractions in the Clare Valley. Breakfast was included which was very generous cereal, toast, yogurt, apple juice. Great place.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Talk about attention to detail! So homely and closely and beautiful. The house has everything you can think of and a bit extra. The owners are helpful and friendly and very organized. Would love to go back and stay a bit longer. Situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants

We went for a couple of days. A beautiful country cottage in Auburn. We loved the charming cottage. It was picture book perfect. The breakfast provisions were a lovely addition. Perhaps real orange juice next time. We were looking forward to having a cosy fire but could not get the pot belly to light. Still it was warm enough cuddled up with a rug. We sat on the verandah overlooking the lovely garden watching the local wild life run around. Listened to Kookaburras and colourful parrots. The spa was a bit small for two but we squashed into it. Loved the wrought iron antique bed it was soft, sumptuous and heavenly. Didn't get the extra charge for the wood as it was all around us. Lovely spot will definitely come back.

Dear Von, Thank you so much for your lovely review and so glad you enjoyed yourself at the Cottage. Sorry you couldn't get the fire going. There can be an art to that. The firestarters supplied usually make it easier. Next time we can get it going for you. Thanks again for the feedback, would love to see you back. Emma and Yev. Amy's House Cottages.
