Staying here made our time in Yeppoon even better. The restaurants are all very close and the beach access is acro the road. Our views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend anyone staying at this location

After visit this glorious establishment about 10 times now, we cannot rate it HIGHLY enough.
Location There is nothing that even comes close to pure beachfront stays in the area. In the main street, surrounded by gorgeous eateries, it is close to everything one would want to access whilst on holidays.
Rooms They are simply devine. Spacious, tasteful and well decorated, the two and three bedroom apartments are incredibly well laid out and the verandah is massive with uninterrupted water views.
Service This is where Echelon sets itself apart!! Even if other options could offer the same physical facilities, it would be impossible to compete with the Echelon team. They are pheromonally helpful, nothing is a problem and they do it all with a smile and genuine willingness to make guests as comfortable as humanly possible.

We stayed in a beachfront apartment which was very comfortable, stylish & clean. Free undercover parking & friendly staff who communicated very well throughout the entire booking process & during our stay. A perfect location for anyone,young or old as everything is is close walking distance - restaurants, cafes & the swimming lagoon. The beach & kids waterplay park is directly across the road. Will definitely be back.

We decided to take a family Xmas holiday to Yepoon Qld, we picked the Echelon apartments as they were advertised as 5 star I will not dispute the location of the apartments as 5 star. But that is where it stops in general the apartments were clean, but out side of the beds the rest of the furniture was well below par. TV cabinets laminate falling off lounges not clean and stained, dining table cracked leg, glass table top scratched and marked, stone bench top chipped. Also a big let down was our responsibility for Xmas lunch with friends, we were to cook the roast vegetable salad we had all the ingredients got it all put together and to top it all off the oven did not work, we then had to pack everything up and arrive 2 hours early at our friends house to cook the roast vege salad which was very inconvienientbparticularly for our hosts.Earlier in the week we had complained about the state of the furniture and fixtures the management were nice enough to give us a 10% discount but then after this fact we found the oven didn’t operate. This was not cheap accomodation we are talking $3,000.00 for the 10 days and I just believe at this sort of pricing everything should be up to a 5 star standard if that’s what you advertise. We would not stay here again and will be putting more reviews up on a multitude of websites over the coming days. I understand that the managers can only try to get owners of these apartments to upgrade furnishings and this maybe difficult as Covid will be used as a legitimate excuse, however I don’t accept that an oven does not work and has not been checked pre letting of the apartment.

Hi Tricia, I am sorry you have left our apartments feeling the need to share such a disappointing review. I can assure you if ever we are aware of an oven not working (or any appliance for that matter), it is our priority to get this fixed. We were first made aware of the oven in your apartment not working 7 nights in to your stay on Christmas Day. This call came in at 2pm and we were not able to get maintenance to attend at 2pm (being Christmas Day) but he was able to get there within the next 2 hours. The after hours call service you spoke with advised us they would call management back if the oven troubleshooting tips we passed on did not fix the problem and we did not receive another phone call. Maintenance then attended first thing on Boxing Day to check on this (our maintenance man is a qualified Electrician also) and after testing it, he reported there was no issue with the oven but it was off at the switchboard. This was communicated with you on Boxing Day also. I am sorry this happened on Christmas Day and can appreciate this would have caused a lot of stress for you getting ready for Christmas Dinner. As discussed, our apartments are individually owned and I have shared your review with the owner of the 2 bedroom town facing apartment you stayed in. We have never and will never used COVID as an excuse for any part of our presentation of our apartments and I will continue to work with our owners to ensure the apartments remain at a 4* standard (we do not advertise as being 5*). In the last few weeks, this apartment has been fully painted and has a brand new 65" Smart TV. I do agree, the apartment would present better with a brand new dining package also and agree (especially) in a freshly painted apartment, the furniture works but does appear tired in comparison. I do appreciate your review and do take the feedback on board to share with our owners. We will continue to work with them in a constant endeavour to provide the perfect stay for our guests. We were woken up at 4:45 every morning from the bin truck (multiple times) out the front and then the street sweepers. The bright lights from underneath and across the road also came straight through the cheap white blinds I ended up buying earplugs and something to cover my eyes but was not enough. I know this isn’t the properties fault but it deters us from coming back as I had very little sleep. Bed was very average. The drains smelt - need a flush of bleach or something. The blinds were dirty and mouldy. Other than that the place was clean.

Hi Sammi, Thank you for taking the time to review Echelon Apartments. I have taken your feedback to our local council in the hope the cleaning/ street sweeping can be delayed until later in the morning. I suspect there has been a change in the duties carried out because I am not aware of these works being carried out so early! They have escalated the complaint to the appropriate team within the council and I wait to hear the outcome. I am so sorry this affected your sleep in. I will definitely be following in the hope we can avoid this again. We manage these apartments on behalf of individual owners and continually work with them to keep our property standards high. We are in the process of upgrading beds and even moving away from blinds, to block out curtains. A lot of our owners are in the process of making this upgrade so hopefully, if you are ever passing through Yeppoon again, you will notice this difference. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Really great apartment. We had everything we could possibly need. Lots of space for a family. Location was perfect, right on the beach and in easy walking distance to Lagoon, splash area, beach and variety of places to eat. Front desk reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again some day.

Yeppoon has become our favourite place to escape from the cold southern winter and Echelon Apartments provide perfect accommodation for spaciousness, comfort and very central location. Our apartment faced east overlooking beautiful Keppel Kraken and out to the Keppel Islands. We saw some stunning sunrises and enjoyed daily walks along the beach. The Capricorn Coast offers a great variety of places to visit and there is also a great range of dining venues. Can’t wait for when we can return again next winter.

Super happy we booked the Penthouse 3 bedroom which is split over two levels 4th & 5th Stunning views of the Yeppoon foreshore from the lounge, the balcony and even the 5th level bedroom that looks out through ceiling high glass. Swimming Pool was great. Clean & modern. Close to every you need and also great to just chillax at the Apartment.

We stayed in 402 on the top, was very modern well decorated, very clean, fantastic view, lots of cool breezes, 10 steps from the front door to the pool and BBQ area, check in staff were lovely the snack pack we ordered was delicious 😋.....birds across the rd of an evening are super super noisy but that can't be helped but the refrigerated delivery trucks that come at 9.30am are crazy noisy why can't they delivery from the back? they park right out the front right under your room and unloading takes up to an hour was really distracting/annoying noise.....but we still loved staying there and will be back 🥰

Well located on beachfront with restaurants close by and IGA and liquor stores nearby . Nice modern rooms with good beach views . Unfortunately found it very uncomfortable at night due to light in the room , the blinds were inadequate and the light from front of building and street lights made it very bright in the front bedroom - back bedroom was the same with light from hallways. I am not fussy about sleeping into total darkness but it made for a very bad night sleep - heavy curtains rather than separated blinds would have made all the difference .
