We stayed in a studio apartment. It was comfortable enough, but a little spartan. I think it would be fine for a night or two, but I don't think I'd like to stay for a week.

The location is reasonable, and off-street parking is provided. However, the parking is probably the biggest let-down and the main reason for the lower rating.

The underground car park has many bays that have signs indicating which apartment they are allocated too. Many of these signs are small and it can be a bit hard to determine sometimes which bay the sign relates to.

There are also some bays without signs for the guests to use, but these are scattered throughout the car park and again, we needed to check more than once to make sure that we weren't parking in someone's allocated bay. Even then, we were worried we might come down in the morning to see a nasty note on our windscreen.

We just couldn't understand why, if the mangement has gone to the trouble of putting signs on some of the parking bays, why not label them all, so everyone can see clearly where they should park.

We stayed for two nights, the two bed room was large and fairly clean - few minor marks on towels and some grimy spots in the corners of the room.

Lovely big balcony and more than enough space for our family of 3. Kitchen well appointed.

Good location to shops and Settlement Cove, just needs a little updating to reflect its nightly rates.

Great clean roomy apartments so close to the beach and restaurants in Redcliffe with beautiful sunsets an added bonus. Staff so friendly - had to cancel once due to poor health of my 90 year old mother -in-law. Staff so helpful and even upgraded us when we arrived to one of the penthouses which was so special for us all. Great spot. 2nd time we’ve stayed and definitely will return. Thanks Redvue Apartments

To call this place any kind of luxury or deluxe apartment is stretching the truth to say the least.
The thick layer of dust under the bed, on the tv, on the art work Is enough to make you gag.
The bathroom has mould in the shower and on the window sill.
The dirty terrace has rust stains from the aircon and there is a broken desk in the room.

I’ve seen management defend their property in other reviews. Frankly, instead of being rude to former guests, you would do well to get off your behinds and check the cleanliness of your units.

During this Covid crisis there is no excuse for this filth.

Stayed 3 nights in a studio room. $620 for 3 nights, in a hotel size room overlooking a car park. No room servicing while I was here. And then on the day I leave I receive an email saying "Make sure you remove your rubbish or you will be charged more". My room shares a door with an apartment, dog barking and TV noise from that apartment until late at night. Truly horrid place and not worth the price.

Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We visited just as lockdown happened midway through our holiday and staff were incredible with accomodating a last minute change to allow us a longer stay. Great location; beachfront, short walk to everything we needed and major shopping centre only a small distance away. Lagoon pool along beach only a couple of minutes walk and parks (although we couldn’t use due to covid rules.) Rooms spacious, clean, with well equiped kitchen. Kids were able to enjoy the pool, even in cool weather, due to it being heated. Gym was also adequate for a quick workout. Undercover, secure parking.

Initially very helpful sorting out accommodation due to our flood affected house getting repaired, stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment the first night of a 2 week booking only to have the wife and one of the kids constantly sneezing due to all the dust on all surfaces, all chested drawers stunk , dust/ dirt and mould was all over all the blinds, there was colony of spiders outside on the balcony that had been there for months, no starter pack for the kitchen was supplied ( dishwasher liquid , tea towels ,chux cloth). The beds were all like concrete slabs.
The next day we had the cleaners come back to clean it only for them to say it was cleaned up the hotel standards . After multiple conversations with management they agreed we could leave and be refunded for the remaining time booked, 3 weeks later we are still trying to get the money back from them.
"LUXERY APARTMENTS " is a massive overstatement.

New management have taken over in the last month. Super friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights with 3 kids (ages 6-13). The highlight for our kids was the free man-made tropical lagoon across the road to swim in. Had lifeguards and was very picturesque and well set up. Lots of shallow areas for smaller kids and the deepest part we found would have been about 1.6m deep. It’s huge! The Redvue swimming pool was fantastic too and the kids had a great time in there. 1.3m deep end to end. Great location right opposite Suttons Beach with surf patrol. A Woolworths supermarket 2 mins walk away and many restaurants within a short walking distance. Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge. Very spacious. Comes with huge washing machine and drier and full kitchen. Free secure carparking underneath the building. Yes, we will definitely stay again.

Apartment okay but disappointed to pay for Ocean view room and not receive an ocean view. When I spoke to reception they said it was the fault of the company I booked with. They didn’t seem to care. The place was fully booked. The company I booked with said it was the apartment’s issue. Nothing was resolved.

We recently stayed in a studio apartment. The apartment itself was small and an odd design as it was really part of a larger apartment separated to make a studio. However the balcony was large and breezy. The complex is clean and well run.
