Beware! I was expecting the 3 star experience of an ageing regional motel, but this place is a dive and my room was a disgrace. The main room looked clean enough (although very knocked around and with bedside lights that didn’t work, no second pillow etc. etc.) but the bathroom was a disgrace. Chipped and cracked tiles, chipped shower base, and a toilet that had not been flushed, suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned either. The room wasn’t serviced, and the very limited budget-brand tea/coffee supplies not replenished during my second day. Having said that, I got an envious glimpse into a neighbours room which looked positively glorious by comparison - mine was a Queen, so maybe try for a King room if you must stay here.

Big mistake staying at this motel, or it should be called a hostel for homeless people, yes a lot of the rooms were occupied by permanent residents sitting outside their rooms all hours of the day and night smoking, drinking alcohol, swearing and having load conversations. There were also very small children in nothing more than disposable nappies running around in the carpark unsupervised using it as a playground. The booking we made said free wifi, rooms serviced daily and breakfast available, NONE OF WHICH EXISTS!! We stayed here for two nights, wanted to leave after the first couple of hours but as it was close to where we had to go and there was no other accommodation close by we stayed, BUT WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!!! I WOULD CERTAINLY ADVISE THAT IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS ESTABLISHMENT PLEASE READ ALL THE SIMILAR REVIEWS TO MINE AND DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This motel is gross. They leave almost empty loo rolls for their guests checking in, there's greasy food stains on the doona (which isn't even in a cover), the bed linen smelled, the kettle was filthy, they charge you if you don't wash the cups but provide no washing up stuff and there isn't a kitchen sink so you have to wash the cups in the sink next to the toilet, the WiFi is complete rubbish and connected for maybe 10 minutes of my whole nights stay, the heater doesn't work properly, there's no coat hangers to hang anything, there were loud domestics going on right outside our room for hours into the night with swearing and doors slamming, management were snippy when we asked for anything (eg WiFi password), hot water is inconsistent, my bed light has been broken and glued back together and doesn't even work...I'm sure there's other stuff but you get the idea!

Never again........don’t do it, I can’t express enough how it’s not worth it. This business is not actively responding to the feedback that many guests have shared. They do not care about the safety of their guests who are not residents. There is definitely laws being broken or ignored. Greeting from receptionist was friendly, a little confusion around my booking through a Government agency. Once the booking was confirmed I was given a key and was sent in the general direction of my room. I was greeted but what looked like permanent residents who were drinking alcohol and smoking in the undercover car park within meters of all other guests rooms including my own. First impressions of the room was dated and the smell of cigarette smoke was imbedded in every fabric of the room. Carpets were stained and grotty underfoot. Long term guests continued to drink and smoke into the evening while music was played very loud. Questions need to be asked of whether consumption of alcohol outside rooms or licensed areas is legal. Are there fines for not making guests smoke in designated smoking areas at certain distances from guests rooms. I suffered from second hand smoke inhalation during my sleeping hours. The front window blind didn’t ensure the privacy of the guest in their room. It could be seen that other residents had used towels on either end of the blind to ensure any passerby could not look in and see people sleeping in their beds or moving around their room. The ash trays were left out on tables in the parking area. On the second night residents gathered before 2:30pm drinking, smoking and playing loud music this continued through to 8:30ish when a argument broke out and one resident started banging on a room door yelling ‘I want my F&@king charger back’. After checking the safety of my car I went back to watching TV at 9ish I notice a blue uniform pass the gap in the blind. Police had been called all of the residents were asked to step outside their rooms to have a little chat. From inside my room I could see all thing going on. It was unnerving and stayed awake dressed, bag packed ready to escape at the earliest opportunity. I have advised my organisation not to subject any other people to this venue while it is providing unsuitable, unsafe accommodation. Make sure you research reviews and do not relying on a misleading website.

Stayed here about a week ago. Outside where you park your vehicle absolutely filthy and stained with what looked like spilt drinks. Thought I hope my room is now okay. Room was not too bad but dudn^t feel fresh at all. Must be permanents staying there as well, as bit noisy late at night. Staff seemed friendly enough, although sent them a coutesy email with a mtce issue, but got no response back, not even a thank you. Wi fi not too great.

How the heck are people rating this rubbish above 1 star. Filthy rooms blood and spit stains on the walls. Rubbish in the side tables. Bed was 2 x single beds made up as one. Stained blankets and sheets, floors were disgusting and then there were the neighbours. Their must be people staying permanently as the people next to me had a barking dog. 4 of the units had permanent tables in the carport where they were carrying on all night. At one point one lady walked up and slapped another.cigerette butts everywhere. Two people kept sitting outside my door all night smoking which is disgusting to smell when trying to sleep between dog barks. There are very few places I have stayed where I thought my car would be gone or ransacked in the morning and this is one of them. I need to stay in the area all week but I won't be staying here. We hired 4 seperate rooms and all were the same. Filthy, disgusting place that I will remember for years to come. Absolute hovel.

Great service, hard working and friendly staff. The cleaners do an amazing job of keeping the rooms beautifully presented. Beds were fresh and very comfortable. Convenient to the shops and all services. An overall great place to stay

This "Motel" was disgusting, in every aspect. The unit we were given was filthy, the fly screens had holes in them, there were sheets hung as curtains, the floors were sticky, the place smelt like cigarette smoke and the Wi-Fi didn't work well at all. We stayed for not even half of a day due to neighbours, who I assume were residents, swearing constantly, yelling at one another, smoking and having a number of people coming in and out all day - the place was like a playground! The place did not look at all look like it's pictures. May be good for a single person, or couple, but definitely not a family.

We stayed here in Sept. 2019, had booked a standard room but were put in a family unit, old & dirty, not satisfactory. 2nd night in a standard room, acceptable, but some mould in shower. Booked in again recently because of proximity to where we have to go. Were again put in a family unit instead of the standard room booked, and were charged extra for it despite my protests. Unit not satisfactory: odour; stained and dirty carpet; no suitcase stands; filthy cupboards; repairs needed to plumbing, windows, electrical, and some furniture; no power point in main bedroom; not enough blankets. Were again asked to switch rooms the next morning, but we had more important things to do. These units are NOT acceptable, they need repairs and maintenance and very thorough cleaning, and bookings need to be managed better. We will NOT be back a third time.
