Detailed Reviews
Checked in and found sites pretty close, also close the river and very good restaurant though.
Owners very friendly and helpful
Price was a bit high for a car park tho in honesty.
Toilets and showers were pretty basic and tired
Trouble from our point of view was all the restaurant guests and also folk staying at the wharf in boats use the two small toilets and showers and so as far as Covid awareness it was rather lapse and too open from our expectations

Small but very friendly caravan park next to the river; short walk to the town.
Great clean facilities, and a lovely BBQ area next to the river. Thursday night in BYO BBQ and usually a great social occasion with other RVers, B&B guests and boaties from the Marina all joining in.

+1
Small park on the Mary river, managers Lu & Matt were extremely accommodating in fitting our 27ft rig + BT50 Ute, so in a small park it was a challenge however it wasn’t a problem for them, lovely people. Amenities were clean, fresh & excellent laundry, & dump point. Floral baskets brimming with annuals really lift the place. Close to the CBD & restaurants. Lovely stories in town of the history of Maryborough complemented by murals painted by local artists. Definitely recommend the park & the town.

Really it’s just the old marina gravel car park. The marina is tired and battered after the floods and the restaurant is closed. Only 8 or 9 sites close together. Facilities are in the marina and it’s intimidating walking past a groups of marina residents and workmen having drinks when you want to go to the loo.

This is a smaller park limited to around 7 largish sites. On arrival it looks a bit ordinary, but the rear of the Wharf holds a marina, cafe/bar/restaurant, BnB, laundromat and a large area to sit. Fires are allowed and some wood was provided free of charge. Both Matt and Lou are very helpful and lovely people. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

THE WHARF RV PARK/ MARY RIVER MARINA
This is a small park with about 10 sites. It has fabulous views over the marina with it's many boats. The hosts Matt and Luaun were a lovely couple but sadly don't work there anymore. There is a disabled toilet for one, the male toilets have one and female similar and all are kept clean. I felt rather uncomfortable in these COVID days as these toilets are shared by all the marina and moored boats, all RV park guests and when open, all staff and patrons of the restaurant. Not one single bottle of hand sanitiser to be seen in the whole complex and our great Australian flags flown UPSIDE DOWN.

Have heard about Markets in Maryborough in town on the Thursday so decided to arrive Wednesday and left on the Friday morning. What a lovely spot to stay on the RV park at the Marina . So friendly and run by a great family , we were met on arrival and welcomed into the park. As we were the only ones there we could choose any spot Poer and water. Lunch at the cafe at the Marina was excellent and town was in walking distance. On the Thursday night was invited to the marina with other guests ( boat and tvs) for drinks, ended up catching the RSL courtesy bus for dinner to RSL Great stay

We would have stayed much longer in this wonderful small park if we hadn’t arranged to meet friends the following week. We stayed 6 nights on this great park on the river. The owners were two of the friendliest young people we have met on our journey and Matt’s pit fire on BBQ night certainly kept off the chill. Great walking access into town or a coffee and meal at the Marina restaurant is a minute away. Initially there was a slight mix up with our booking but it was resolved very quickly and we had a great site. Don’t miss this one if you are in Maryborough but make sure you book as spaces are limited and it is very popular and great rates. Only small issue power is run off 10 amp so we had to be careful with running multiple appliances

We stayed in the B&B section of the RV Park over New Year’s Eve and our stay was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The rates were great and the view from our balcony was awesome. Will definitely stay again soon.
