Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Staff were so friendly and accomodating. We had 5 people in our group and we were allowed to put our swag on the floor to save having to pay for a second room. The most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept on. Shower pressure was totally amazing. Staff suggested we head to the markets for breakfast the next morning and we weren't disappointed. Bacon, eggs, sausage, toast and beans for 4 plus bacon sandwich for 1 and 5 bottles of water $39, bargin

An updated older style motel. Bed coverings modern print; room to move around; shower hot with soap/shampoo. Nicely presented. And very clean. Well managed & smoking not tolerated. The curtains were heavy enough to stop light. Walking distance to food outlets. Quite good for the passing through traveller.

We checked into Gin Gin Village late at 8pm, our room was ready and keys were waiting for us. We stayed in a premium room and it was a lovely neat and tidy room. It had all the essentials we needed jug, microwave, pod coffee machine and toaster. The bed was very comfy and had a large TV in the room with YouTube and Netflix. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this motel. Elliott was very helpful and checkin/checkout was easy and quick.

Modern rooms, large TV and very comfortable beds. Affordable. Love the coffee pod machine and milk frother. Saved time by making my own cafe style coffee before embarking on a long journey ahead. Thank you for the extra touch. Cutlery also provided in case you wanted to eat in your room. The Groovy Goat Pub conveniently walking distance from accomodation for delicious dinner.

One of the nicest motels I've ever stayed in. Rooms have obviously been renovated recently, beautifully decorated and furnished. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge and tea/coffee - everything we needed for a short stopover. Bathroom was clean and even had double shower heads. Motel is a short walk to a bakery and the local pub. 10/10 would stay again

Clean and Comfortable. Great value for money. Nespresso coffee machine is a nice touch and welcome after a long day of travelling. Bed was comfortable, but squeezing an extra bed into the room made it difficult to open the door fully.
Bathroom fully stocked with soaps and shampoos was a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend this motel.

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist I was made to feel very welcome. We arrived and were given our keys and advised where to park car.
The room was just lovely, clean fresh and modern. A recliner two seater sofa too. The queen bed was very comfortable and no “roll together” either.
Great rain shower, and all the amenities you could need in the bathroom.
A pod coffee machine is standard these rooms and what a delight that was.
I can highly recommend staying here, the next time we are up that way this will be our go to accommodation

My family stayed here on our way to North Queensland, we just needed a good place to sleep for the night. Reception staff were very helpful and competent. We checked in out of hours and instructions were clear on how to access our room. The room was clean and nice with a quality renovated bathroom. Beds were comfortable which is important. Parking space was too small for our car but there was overflow parking so this wasn't a problem. Easy to walk to the bakery which was a bonus.
