Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our hosts were very hospitable. The room and bathroom were very clean and welcoming, and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious and beautifully cooked dinner in our room. There are washing machines and dryers for guests' use. There's a pleasant park with walking paths nearby, and watching the water birds was entertaining. Definitely recommend this motel!

From the moment I first opened the door I was impressed by how impeccably well turned out this room was. It was scrupulously clean and fresh. The bed linen was crisp, carpets clean and not a spec of dust - I checked. The A/C was so quiet. I double checked a few times to see if it was on. A few movie channels on the TV came in handy when the weather turned rainy and an outing cancelled. The bed was firm as they tend to be in Motels, but comfortable enough for a sound nights sleep. 4 big pillows were very welcome. A few small things took away a better score. Hot water pressure in the shower could have been better and the room where I stayed had no hot water in the wash basin. Unavoidable puddles at the door when it rained. Venetian blinds that give clear view inside to passers by. I had to put a towel over the door handle for modesty. Overall however, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Always clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff and no fuss. There are good meals available onsite. Each room has a kitchenette and good coffee making facilities with fresh milk supplied. Great range of toiletries if you have forgotten yours. They do the little things really well.

Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Lots of little convenience provided in regards to toiletries etc. Well thought out layout in the room. We will definitely recommend to others who need accommodation in the area and I will look for this Rooms Motel chain in other towns.
Despite me running late for check in, the staff was understanding.

Disliked · It was very good and I would return. There was quite a bit of light from security lights at night but eye masks were provided. The bell which sounded when someone entered reception, sounded throughout the complex which confused us at first, trying to figure out what it was. Fortunately it didn't go off at night, but it was a little annoying. The parking was a little awkward to get in and out of when I was surrounded by other guests longer vehicles. But these are just picky things and overall I recommend the motel.

Extremely good quality accommodation. Very comfortable king bed, spotlessly clean, great touches including an eye mask and ear plugs, different packs in the bathroom including a toothbrush and toothpaste, razor pack, comb, sewing kit as well as all the usually provisions . Microwave and kitchenette with crockery and cutlery and delicious biscuits, they even had plunger coffee. They had room service with a great variety of meals. Can’t recommend highly enough, would definitely stay again.

Checked into this natty local motel and found a real delight.
Every facility was at hand and in great condition, the room was immaculate in its presentation.
The bathroom was large and had so many complimentary items it was a real surprise.
Hidden gem.
Will be back.

This motel was a pleasant surprise. Friendly reception with 24hr checkin if you need it. Tastefully furnished modern room with a well equipped kitchenette. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. While it does not have a restaurant, there is an a la carte menu available for dinner and breakfast. Lake Apex is across the road. Will definitely return.

I have stayed at this Motel a number of times over the last 4 years, but this time I felt that it has become a little run down. Sign out the front is missing the advertising panel and you can just see lights.
When I entered the room a strong smell of cleaning product hit us and we had to leave the door open to try and get rid of the smell. I didn't require a clean of my room but I did ask for Tea/Coffee and Bath Gel to be refilled and only received Tea and Coffee refills not sure what happened to the Bath Gel.

Absolutely a great motel. King size bed is very comfortable and the room is immaculately clean. There are all types of soaps, shampoos and other toiletry items supplied along with an abundance of towels. The kitchen area has tea, coffee biscuits milk and other beverages. The parking is ample and very secure. There is a BBQ area which is also kept very clean. The TV has Foxtel and local channels. Highly recommended

Stayed here for business. It is clean and tidy with little extras such as eye mask and ear plugs, toothbrush, shaving kit & loofa.

It is close to the town centre and parkrun is across the road at Lake Apex if you’re here on a Saturday.

The rooms are not well insulated and the road noise is insane. Was woken around 4am (with wearing the earplugs provide) by trucks / traffic noise and lights. So if you’re a light sleeper as I am, request a room away from the road.

If you’re visiting from North, request an extra blanket as it gets very cold at night and there are none spare in the rooms.

It’s definitely one of the nicer motels, but be prepared, you may not get the best sleep.
