The welcoming and helpful staff and the neat, clean well resourced room made this a delightful ace to stay for an overnight work visit. The free WiFi was also fast and unlimited.
The room has a flat screen TV, microwave, reverse cyle aircon, quality sheets and comfortable pillows. The bathroom has large fluffy towels and complimentary shampoo and conditioner.

They go above and beyond to please you, for we have stayed there twice now, each year either Xmas Day or Boxing day overnight, for family gathering,We are from Tasmania. They have very kindly accommodated us each time, being able to leave our luggage with them before check-in time. The rooms are very clean & comfortable, with really good air conditioning.

The location of this motel in a quiet street offers a peaceful stopover with parking right at your door.
Fresh milk was given on arrival from the friendly staff, and the room was spacious and clean with everything you need. The pool was a welcome addition.
We will stay here again when visiting family in the Redlands.

I have stayed at this motel repeatedly over the last few months. I love the comfortable beds with quality linen, and the thick towels and amazing rainfall showerheads. The wi-fi is good. You can self cater as each room has some dishes, cutlery, fridge and a microwave. A continental breakfast pack is also available, or walk around the corner to a lovely cafe or just a little further to Maccas. The owners are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Redlands!

We stayed here on Saturday night so as to attend a party nearby and it was a good choice. Very comfortable. Big shower with great water pressure. The owner gave my husband a bottle of milk when we checked in which was very welcome as we were able to have a cup of tea on arrival. The room was very clean and quite large. It was quiet too. Would highly recommend.

I love the generous shower head! Beds were comfy and all units were on ground floor level. A poor man in an adjoining unit groaned plaintively during his (drunken?) sleep but didn't disturb my sleep. My sister had a conveniently comfortable spot for smoking away from our cabin that didn't annoy me with the smell of smoke. The motel is close to Cleveland Shopping Centre--a consumer's paradise though hours are not extended on weekends.

My second stay at this little motel was just as fine as the first visit nearly 5 years ago. The new owners have continued the great standards I previously experienced - very good room facilities, fresh milk available on arrival and pleasant smoking areas where guests don’t have to feel like pariahs. Highly recommended.

A very nice and welcoming place to stay and my son loves it also. The place is always kept well maintained. I am always seeing the manager walking around doing something and is always so busy doing whatever he needs to do to keep the place tidy. The beds are super comfortable and the pool is a great place to relax.

This was our second time staying at Cleveland Motor Inn and we won’t hesitate to stay again when requiring accommodation in the area. Conveniently located in a quiet street with all the necessary amenities to be based for a few days.
