Where do i start - it was just amazing. The whole place was just one big adventure - we came as a family with 3 kids 14, 11 and 8 and luckily they all like doing "stuff" so they lapped up all that Bullo River had to offer. We flew in which was great as the scenery was spectacular -... More

If you are wondering if a stay at this place is worth the price, let me tell you that it is. Our stay at Bullo proved to be the favorite part of our 3+ week stay in Australia. The accommodations were 3 star. A basic room with a simple bathroom. Very basic, slow internet service was available. However, the experience... More

If you are looking to experience an Australian cattle station, you can't go wrong here! Also if you love to fish, there's plenty of opportunities to try your hand at catching Barramundi. Sadly the week before we arrived the weather was cooler so the Barramundi were hiding from us. Catfish galore though!! The guides are were very informative, taking us... More

The title of my review says it all, if you made of 'adventurous stuff' then this is the place for you, there are incredible down-to-earth experiences here for you. If on the other hand you live for the pampered life in a 5 star resort, well this is probably not for you (as I sense from the negative reviews provided).... More

Just flew in to Bullo with a group of clients and spent three nights. It was great to meet Franz and Marlee and we had an amazing 2 days of full activities....chopper flights, gorges, swimming, fishing, cruises, shooting and much more. It was outstanding to have such diverse activities and also see what goes on at the cattle station. Many thanks... More

Just in from 4 nights at Bullo River Station and what an overwhelming experience it was. My wife and 3 children were not versed with farm life so it was somewhat of a risk launching forth with this extension to our top-end holiday. From the moment we flew in to the morning we left, we were thoroughly enthralled by the... More

This is a beautiful part of Australia and the experiences around the working cattle station are interesting. The staff were very friendly as was Franz. However it has been said before and needs to be said again. This is not a luxury resort. The accommodation is very basic, and the food the same as prepared for the staff - ordinary... More

We were made to feel so welcome from the time our plane landed in front of the very attractive homestead. We enjoyed riding on quad bikes - 8 Kms. We were driven across rivers and watched various activities in the cattle yards. To cap it off we had 2 trips in the helicopter to waterfalls and a swimming hole high... More

We had a great time from start to finish. Would have stayed for longer if we could have. Rooms are nothing exciting but are clean, comfortable and Airconditioned. Franz and the staff could not have looked after us any better making sure out days were action packed and a lot of fun. The fishing was the best we have come... More
