CROCODILE FEEDING 5pm -Tuesday -Thursday -Saturday (April - October) Whether you're passing through the Kimberly region on the way through to Katherine or Kununurra, or wanting to experience the true Australian outback for a holiday, stop by at Timber Creek Hotel. Located 285 km west of Katherine, and 193 km east of the border between the Northern Territory and Western Australia, Timber Creek offers a rich pastoral and exploration heritage. Fishing is one of Timber Creek's biggest draws, with barramundi plentiful in the nearby Victoria River. Gregory National Park is Timber Creek's backyard. Covering an area of approximately 13 000 sq km, the park is home to red-rimmed escarpment ranges, plunging gorges and ancient boab trees and a perfect place for a bush walk with plenty of designated trails. The hotel offers the following amenities: -Motel rooms, cabins (all air conditioned), powered and unpowered sites - General store - A restaurant offering take away and dine in meals - Public bar with take away alcohol (restrictions apply to quantities, types and hours) - PUMA Fuel - Puma, BP and Motorpass accepted - Shaded pool & Spa area - Children's playground - Crocodile feeding (April-October Tue/Thur/Sat)- Laundry facilities - Ice, bait and tackle. We only recently purchased the complex in October 2015, and are investing in our new business. Any feedback on what we can do to upgrade our facilities is welcome. ~TESTRA PHONE COVERAGE ONLY~

Needed a place to break the drive between Jabiru and Lake Argyle so Timber Creek was ideal. Staff were welcoming and friendly, caravan sites were fine for us in a camper trailer, most just stay hooked up for the night as most treat it as a one night stopover. We ate in the

We booked a night at Timber Creek to break the drive from Katherine to Kununurra. We were delighted by the Timber Creek Hotel. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The meal we had was very good, one of the best steak sandwiches I've had, and my wife loved her

We stopped in here for an unpowered site on our way to Kununurra. We did ourselves a favour by that. Prity bloody hot outside but our site was under BIG trees and quite a lot cooler. Unfortunately we fed ourselves so cannot comment on the pub food but the croc feeding was fun,

The hotel has a great caravan site behind. There are a lot of beautiful shade trees as well as grass sites. They have crocodile feeding as well as raptor feeding which is great. The biggest disappointments are the ablutions... they are ABYSMAL! If they took the trouble to

Thank you Adventurers049, Please follow us on Facebook (TIMBERCREEK HOTEL) you will see that we've been very actively improving our business in all aspects during the past 2 years and 10 months since ownership. The ablutions "yes" are small but our staff do a brilliant job of keeping them clean. The main block ablutions were painted in 2017. We have small improvements scheduled for this wet season to our Camp Kitchen area. Playground Upgrades and more. Thank you for feedback it is noted and on our list however its long. Kind Regards Fiona & Callum and the Timber Creek Team
