Stayed for a night on a birding trip. Comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. The hotel itself is friendly and relaxing with a good choice of beers on tap. DEFINITELY the best food in town!! Had the steak—only because I saw it come out when I was about to order. Generously sized, but even more importantly, cooked the way it was ordered: medium rare. The boss explained that the size of their meals was due to the fact that they used to serve miners and had never downsized since then.

Best place to stay in Pine Creek. Food was amazing, the chefs daily specials every day were incredible and very reasonably priced. Best tap beer selection in the area as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will definitely visit again.

The absolute best vegetarian feed I’ve had in ages. Korean cauliflower. To die for. The best service too. Nice big serving and a great price, friendly staff in the restaurant and a yummy dessert too.

Stopped here on way back to Darwin from Katherine.What a lovely place in the middle of nowhere.Pine Creek is a tiny town with loads of charm.The hotel itself is a lovely and modern but with lots of character.Big croc out front to welcome you.Loved the toilets with corrugated iron walls and old fashioned sinks.There is a lovely big veranda and I noticed a piano, it has just a really chilled atmosphere.We had pizza and it was so yummy.The staff are so warm and friendly.Just a wonderful place to stop and relax for an hour or two.

We stayed in a pleasant motel room looking out onto a colourful garden. A brief walk around the corner takes you to an equally pleasant bar with outdoor seating and friendly staff. We only stayed for one night but it was clean and quiet.

We stayed 1 night and had dinner at the restaurant.The rooms(cabins)were functional and clean.Bed was quite good.The restaurant food was excellent especially the NT Barra and the Chicken Parma.Wine selection was pretty basic but very reasonably priced.Overall a great place to stop on our birding tour.

We went to the Pine Creek hotel last Saturday night for dinner as we were working nearby and both had the reef and beef. Great scotch fillet cooked to perfection with a few big prawns and a really tasty sauce. A couple of cold beers to wash it down and we were done. We'll be returning this weekend for another lap as I highly recommend this hotel for a really good meal. Enjoy

The food here was unexpectedly wonderful! We knew we’d be getting into Katherine a bit too late for dinner so we decided to stop in at The Pine Creek Hotel on the way through and I’m so glad we did. The blokes had steaks, chips and salad and were really pleased with the quality of all the food. My friend had the barramundi fettuccini and it was so fresh and delicious with melt in your mouth pieces of fish, fresh slices of garlic throughout, and even the pasta itself seemed homemade it was just so good. My arancini balls were delicious too and I’m pretty sure the semidried tomatoes were home dried. Just amazing quality food all round. I wouldn’t rave about the setting or decor, but if you just want good quality food and friendly service at a reasonable price, then this is your place.…
