Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Could do with another aircon in Deluxe cabins
One unit struggles other wise clean and tidy
Bring your own milk
Park is tidy and friendly helpful lady at reception.
Didn’t get a chance to jump in pool but it did look very inviting.
Hope this helped and enjoy your stay if you do that is..

We weren't sure what to expect from Borroloola accommodation but very happy with our unpowered site at the caravan park. You got to choose where you camped and even in the middle of the day we had a beautiful grassed shady site. Caretakers at the time were lovely and very helpful with places to visit for non-fisherfolk:) could have used a bench in the shower cubicle but otherwise great shower facilities. The worst thing was the dogs! This is no reflection on the van park or its management, but honestly... Camping in a van park that allows dogs sucks! Mostly they were pretty good in the middle of the night, but the local dogs kept it up for the entire night. Again, this is not the fault of the caravan park but it did effect our stay, otherwise it was a great spot to stay.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions for work using an unpowered site. Excellent managers, very friendly. Lovely clean amenities, nice shady spots to camp. Have heard the cabins are very nice. Fair priced.

Was passing through and needed a room. It was the last accommodation room available from anywhere in town. Because someone else didn't rock up I scored it. Was the deluxe cabin and as I was traveling with my son it was very convenient. The cabin was great priced, very clean and spacious and looked to be pretty modern. Was pleasantly surprised with the room and the whole park. Staff were very helpful and pleasant on arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again on next trip through. Thanks

We had been travelling on the Savanna Way and it was dusty and bumpy.
On arrival in Borroloola, we found this great park.
There are plenty of trees for shade and the amenities were good too.
It was quite an oasis after our arduous trip.

Booked in for 1 night on our Savannah Way trip, got an unpowered site for $25, plenty of room, good clean ablutions, $4 washing machines (needed that), right near the pub, grass is kept damp so nice and green, a very good overnight stop 🛑

We stayed in a comfortable, clean cabin that was big enough for a family of four. Kitchen facilities provided. Good bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shop on site with basic needs catered for. Walking distance to very good restaurant and small supermarket.

We stayed in an unpowered camp site and a cabin over two nights and both were terrific experiences. The park is kept well watered so it's grassy and clean. Our unpowered site was at the back overlooking the Rocky Creek gully and we had a lot of space around us and peace and quiet overnight. The amenities are spotlessly clean, showers have great pressure and the shower cabins have hooks etc for clothing. The cabin was also spotless and new with everything you need (including good aircon) and the beds were very comfortable. Only catch cabins aren't cheap at ~$150 a night. Being such a remote town we weren't sure what to expect, but would highly recommend this park to anyone!

Clean, quiet, all basic facilities provided including a laundry and outside line if you don't want to use a dryer. There's a shop onsite that also provides basics and the place is owner operated so a lot of pride goes into keeping things up to scratch. Only one air con unit per space so best to sleep with the interior doors open. Bathrooms are very small but do the trick.
