Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely loved staying here, this was our 2nd time and wont be our last. Amenities are some of the best and the cleanest we have encountered on our travels. The park manager was very accommodating /friendly; lunch at the Inn was once again superb - and dog friendly if you sit out side overlooking the fabulous twofold bay.

We stayed on a powered site in a camper trailer visiting family also staying at the park. The park is so clean and tidy, fantastic camp kitchen which our family used for games nights. The toilet and shower area is super clean, comfortable and in a good location to most sites. Very short walk through the tree line and you are at the beach! We seen dolphins while playing on the sand. It was magical. Close drive into Eden. This is one of our favourite spots to camp and we will be back time and time again. The price is reasonable also for what you get.

We were made very welcome from the time of arriving at reception, as we checked in we were the focus, not other people or phone calls just us. The whole system is streamlined and efficient. The facilities at the park are very clean and well maintained. The walk to t(e beach is easy and breathtaking, the town of Eden and other coastal towns are very accessible, a very enjoyable stay and will be returning.

The park is really large, with nice large sites, we were there after schools hols so it was very quiet and spacious. Right on the bay, and we’ll set back from the road. Amenities were spotless, camp kitchen’s excellent! I didn’t need to use but had a look. We needed to leave our van for a week and they were such a help, a place to leave it no Problem. Will def be visiting again next time we head south

Stayed 6 weeks Feb/Mar '23. Fantastic location, great friendly staff, facilities excellent and very well maintained. Location is all you could want for a relaxing holiday - beautiful, safe sandy beach, unbelievable scenery, and an iconic pub next to the park. We could have been on a tropical island. We did not want to leave but will definitely be back. One thing though - please bring back the open fires. They allowed next door in the Discovery Park and in national Park campsites subject to the daily fire danger ratings.

We have stayed at this park several times in the past, and this time received quite a surprise. The park is now huge, and has three amenities blocks. It is a shame that two of them have no facilities for the disabled. The disabled facilities in the third block are excellent - spotless and new. The other blocks have had a major facelift. We paid $53 per night for a powered site, which is the most we have ever paid. Nothing to amuse children - no pool or playground. Bottled gas was $42 at the park, compared to $32 in nearby Eden. The park is was too expensive for what it offers.

Dear Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us following your visit, it is vital in ensuring our continual growth & improvement. At The Boydtown Beach Holiday Park, we strive to provide a superior service for every guest, unfortunately due to increasing costs across the board with electricity, staff, gas etc. We have had no choice but to increase our rates. In saying this we have done our market research and are competitive within our region. We are actively improving the facilities throughout the park, as you mentioned we have installed a new camp kitchen, new amenities blocks, roads, footpath, football & cricket field and still have much more to come. We ensure that anyone that requires the disability facilities are located within a close proximity for convivence. Please be rest-assured that your concerns & feedback is taken constructively. I hope you give us the opportunity to better serve you again in the future. Kind Regards, Boydtown Beach Holiday Park Team

Loved this park with plenty of room around us on this visit. Fantastic views to the nearby hills, instead of the side of another caravan 2 meters away. New and modern facilities that are well maintained. A comfortable. easy walk to the beautiful beach adjoining the park at Nullica Bay (part of Twofold Bay). For those people that can, bring your bike and enjoy the flat easy roads, bike paths around the park or bring your walking shoes to explore this historical area of NSW.
