Stayed as a family in two adjacent cabins with shared courtyard with a river view. Lovely place to have a morning coffee!
Park is very small which is great, unlike some other parks that are almost ghost towns of caravans and cabins. Also feels very safe for kids to run around. One of the best “jumping pillows” out of all Ingenia park. Kids loved that more than the beach! Our gas-flame BBQ had a grill instead of a plate, and it wqs wonderful. Meat with a smoky flavour! Yay!
Also loved the proximity to Eden, yet secluded location and essentially a private beach.

Not all perfect though: it’s very close to the Princes Highway to you so hear trucks and other noisy vehicles on the road very well, especially at night.
Sand! There’s sand everywhere! Some hoses or taps around the park and outside the cabins would be very useful. Despite our best attempts, in only two days our cabins were already full of sand.
Also, we ran out of gas for our BBQ on the first night and it took them a while to replace it. Apparently they did not have any spares in stock?

Love the park been coming 15 years in a row the best family park in NSW . Beach is amazing good for young kids as the waves aren’t to big when the creeks running kids on boogy boards can ride the tide out to the entrance , beach is always clean bbqs are provided and always clean benches are provided on the beach front staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can . We’re so close to the boat ramp and there’s plenty of parking for your boats and cars . Allocated sights are quite large and can accomodate a caravan plus annex and a tent as well , if you can get in you won’t be disappointed

The campsite is in a fantastic location on the beach and alongside a creek full of birdlife. The amenities were excellent with a huge kitchen and the bathrooms also very good. Slightly out of town from Eden but it was a short drive to get into town.

We paid the most we have ever for a waterfront site around $76 per night. We stayed here a few years ago very peaceful. I would never pay for a waterfront site here again, as they have crammed as many cabins on the waterfront, and the front of our site was the car park for the cabin next door, and the main through fair for people walking to the beach. Because of the car parked there they had little choice than to walk right next to our site, annoying as we have a dog so dogs on leads literally on our site. Very little privacy and the van was parked in the direction we were advised.
There was a huge group in the cabins playing football etc, directly in front of us, despite the balls etc frequently ending up on our site, they did not have the courtesy to move in front of the cabins they were staying in.
I realize people are entitled to have there fun, but perhaps as some people are quite ignorant of others comfort, people should be reminded to be mindful of this.
To be fair the receptionist spoke to the people next door about parking there car in a manner that did not obstruct our view. As the big 4 wheel drive was parked almost on the grass in front of the cabin. Unfortunately the person later came over and abused me for speaking to reception. It put a damper on our 3 day break here.

You can hear the waves crash on the shore at night which is very relaxing. The beach is only a short walk away and very family friendly. There is also a creek for smaller children to paddle in - also great for kayaks at high tide.

The BBQ facilities were very clean. The Wreck Room would be great to have some games.
The laundry is great however 2 out of 5 machines were out of order during peak season which made things a little difficult.

Amenities near the office are in desperate need of an upgrade and more thorough cleans during the day. However there are newer amenities a bit further down the park but by no means enough for the number of patrons staying at the park at peak times.

The powered sites are very small, so at peak times it is very very cosy. Some vans found it difficult to fit in their sites. However they are well maintained.

They managed New Years Eve noise very well by organising a DJ and Woodfire Pizza at the beachfront which encouraged all the party members to move there. Brilliant move!! 👏

Quite annoyed to be told by reception that it isn't 'a problem' that a washing machine was full of dirt, scum and sand. Actually it is a problem..one with the simple solution of cleaning the machines filters weekly. An offer to refund or an apology or at minimum send maintenance over to clean them so the next person doesn't have the same experience. Urrgh.

Very clean and well kept campsite. We stayed in a studio cabin as we were only staying overnight on our way from Sydney to Melbourne. The location is beautiful, it has a beach on one side and a river on the other. The studio cabin is well used but spotless with comfortable beds and good pillows. The campsite is a few minutes from the town of Eden on the Princes Highway. We had a peaceful sleep hearing the sound of the waves on the beach. Some road noise from the occasional truck passing. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the camp kitchen looked well equipped ( we had no need to use it). An added bonus was a pod coffee machine in the cabin, so remember to bring your own pods!
The campsite appears to be popular with fisherfolk, and there is plenty of room to park boats.

Spent 4 days on a powered site, directly opposite the jumping pillow and playground. We adults found it a bit noisy, but the kids loved it. Truck traffics throughout the night so beware if you are a light sleeper. No pool or pedal kart or kayak hire, but beautiful and interesting rock pools to explore on the beach. The bathroom complex closes to us has 4 male and 4 female 'ensuites' (as in toilet/shower/basin in one) - which makes showering kids easier but also meant you will have to wait to use the bathroom during peak times. Though there is another complex opposite the reception.

Only about 7 mins from town, so very convenient if you need supplies.

Such a lovely place, we truly loved it. The jumping pillow was an absolute highlight for the kids, and I liked that they brought in a food van for dinner.

The beach is absolutely amazing! Not sure if strictly a private beach, but people don't go there. What I liked about it was how calmer it was compared to nearby Aslings beach in Eden, that had much stronger waves all throughout the week so clearly not a local weather issue.

Cabin was ok. Mozzie net had a huge hole in it, but to be honest wasn't bit even once even while sitting outside so didn't matter. Vent fan in the bathroom was very noisy unfortunately.

The beach front cabins look directly out over a grass lawn to Twofold Bay. The sheltered nature of the bay means that the cabins can be literally beach front, whereas cabins on ocean beaches are usually shielded from onshore winds by dunes or vegetation and are thus deprived of a view. The glistening morning light reflecting off the calm waters of the bay, broken only by a pod of dolphins, was a wonderful backdrop to breakfast on the private balcony of the cabin.

The problem with all such parks, however, is the proximity of the other cabins and the need for considerate behaviour by the neighbours. The attraction of a beach front cabin is the tranquillity of the setting and so it is unreasonable for others to subject me to their choice of music. During my stay we had to endure the music from a group that congregated around a fire on the grass lawn directly in front of our cabin until almost 10 pm. This was not the sort of group that I felt comfortable politely asking to be quiet, and park management, if on site, did nothing. Perhaps it wasn't against the park rules but I would really think twice about staying here again.
