We recently stayed here (myself husband, 2.5 yr old and mum) in 2 rooms, both cosy and well equipped. Staff are lovely and garden is stunning. Due to the age of the property beware of low bits if you are tall! but this is part of the character. The bathroom in our room was recently refurbished and stunning. We are...

Thank you Jessica for your lovely review. When our farm was built in the 17th century people must have been just about 5 feet tall - we have to shout duck to tall folk going out of our back door, recent response "where's the duck!" Lottie had fun wrapping up Rory 'though I'm sure he would have been happy in...

This calm and peaceful farmhouse was a lovely place to stay. The almost tame baby robins hopping about the garden enhanced the charm of this B and B. The beautiful bright green grasshopper that arrived in our room was a lovely addition to the ambience. The breakfasts were delicious, I particularly enjoyed the eggs from up the road and the...

I am particularly loving the baby Robins too! John told me he was in the process of training one so that may explain their tame behaviour. I am ever so happy that you enjoyed not having a TV in the bedroom as some people are not so happy with the idea. I can imagine it is something that will never...

Just enjoyed a short break. Accommodation and garden looking really good with the excellent breakfasts for which Gwen and staff renowned. Have stayed many times over the years. Always a warm welcome. It is such a quiet place with the beautiful countryside around. Very easy to walk into Croyde village with its good range of eateries. Always happy to recommend...

We recently spent 3 nights at Combas Farm. We found it welcoming, quiet, comfortable, with delicious breakfasts. Within easy walking distance of both Croyde Bay and Woolacombe beach. Highly recommended.

This gorgeous farmhouse is set in a peaceful Devon valley with only the sound of the birds and lambs. Within eight minutes walk down the, admittedly potholed lane, you will find a range of places to eat including The Thatch which serves great meals and the Manor Inn with large portions and a playground for children. Less than ten minutes...

Thank you Janet for such a lovely review. Incidentally the local Council, who are responsible for our entrance road, have just filled in the potholes albeit after a little nagging from me.

Completely secluded and quiet other than the bumblebees on the wisteria and the lambs in the field which is how we like it. 8 minute walk to Croyde but you'll need your wellies. I ended up carrying my shoes then switching them at the bottom of the hill, ditching my wellies behind a bush to go for dinner 😊. Putsborough...

We had a great night in this lovely B&B! We spent one night in a lovely and cosy room with private bathroom, with a great countryside view. Our host was very friendly and attentive, giving us many recommendations about restaurants and walks around. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing time.

We went to Combas farm for the Easter weekend and had such a relaxing time. We were greeted with coffee and cake (delicious and homemade), had a lovely cosy room with a modern bathroom and enjoyed the spring water from the well ( so much nicer than London water!). Our hosts were so accommodating, lending us towels that we had...

Combas Farm is in a secluded valley near to the renowned beaches of Croyde and Putsborough. The rooms are appointed well, and the breakfasts are delicious. It has only a few rooms so the place is homely and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would go back because North Devon is such a lovely area for countryside and beaches.

We have just spent another perfect weekend at Combas Farm and can't wait to return many times again in the future. Over the past 50 years Gwen and John have created a little piece of tranquil heaven nestled deep in a wooded farmland valley between Croyde Bay and Putsborough Beach. If you're looking for high-tech, cutting edge decor and designer...
