Although this hotel supposedly to be 1 of the best hotel in Nanping, I would rate the hotel poor for the service, food and room. The room has mildew smell and light level is low, bathroom not properly clean. Service level is quite poor. Service staffs not attentive, nor friendly. Had breakfast at the café and the food choices are...

This was another pre-chosen hotel by our travel agent. Walking into the lobby the first time, the hotel shouted fancy; was told this was a four/five star hotel. The rooms my family stayed in were clean, but I thought it smelled like someone smoked in them. First issue - there were only two elevators to get up to our higher...

This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a charming little city. My local relatives and I spent some time hanging out in our room while catching up. This hotel is also in a very convenient location. Just walk outside to access the river walk and get a feel for the city.

Recently renovated, rooms are of a fair size, clean, confortable and not noisy. Free wifi available. The reading lamps did not work. Breakfast is 100% chinese, but coffee is available and food is tasty. Staff is friendly but do not speak English.

We were in Nanping in June 2014, as we were visiting my daughter's orphanage. We were originally booked in another hotel, but were changed to this one at the last minute when our tour guide heard it had been recently updated. It is a nice enough hotel, but either they haven't really finished the updating, or it still needs some...

Yes, if you end up in Nanping, you will see a city that is built along a wide river with rolling hills around it. It is very busy as usual in China and the surroundings have 3 mill people whereas Nanping only has 400.000. But they gather along the river in highrise buildings. The hotel is chinese style and do...

Not the best, but the price is reasonable, and for this city, this is actually one of the best options for this price range. The rooms are a bit smallish, and the building itself is starting to become a bit run-down. Okay for short stays, though.

If you end up in Nanping it is probably for business and not for an enjoyable holiday as there is not much to do or see in Nanping. I ended up in Min Bei based on a colleagues recommendation. I booked a room in the top floor which are a bit more expensive but quiet. The room itself is OK,...

Even if you look for a better Hotel in Nanping, it is not easy to find any. This Hotel is new renovated 2 years ago. But now already a little run down. The room is small, but the bed is soft enough compared to the other Hotel standard in Nanping. The bad thing is the bath room! It is not...

If you like luxury and you can afford 310 yuan this is the best hotel you get in Nanping. First of all its the only (pre) 4 star hotel here. I stayed in Yancheng(currently #1 and Yijia(#3)) but they are both more 2-3star quality hotels and the 50yuan pricedifference between Yancheng and Ming Bei is definitely worth it. Rooms: I...

“All rooms are to the street side - so if you stay in a higher floor is more quiet, but only two elevators makes it not easy to get down during morning time when everybody what to go out or to breakfast.”
