Very good hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. Noise wa a slight issue but nothing to complain about. Room was clean and well furnished. Mattress was very good. When I return to Raleigh I will be staying in this hotel. Location is great, within walking distance of most attractions.

We actually live in the area but stayed here with out of town guests who were attending a family event. Great location within walking distance of downtown entertainment districts and decent restaurants. Funky old timey round Holiday Inn shape. Rooms are nice -- the hotel is showing some age. The parking is a bit challenging going up the round decks...

Pleasant stay at this hotel. No complaints other than parking is a little confusing at first since the large lot beside it is not theirs. Staff was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I remember when this building was built when my family was living in Raleigh. I always wanted to stay in this round building, and I finally got the chance. The room was wonderful, the view was wonderful, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is on the 20th floor and has great food, friendly service and the most beautiful views...

Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location. The hotel is located only a five minute walk from the museums and state capital downtown. Also very friendly and attentive staff. My fiancé and I had an amazing dinner at the Angus Barn and brought back leftovers. Our room did not come with a refrigerator, so we asked the front desk...

Good clean room with great service in a unique hotel. Good views. Standard offerings for the chain. Walking distance to most downtown locations. Was here for 1 night on business. Would stay here again if in the area.

Room on the 18th floor was much better than other reviews had indicated. We believe the room had recently been renovated and was very clean. The review should be higher as the service and environment were excellent but the doors allowed much hallway noise in to the room...didn't sleep at all the first night until about 4:00AM. Recommend rooms not...

I reviewed this hotel last year. It has improved since then. I gave it a good review last year but this year commands even a better review. My company has class in one of their meeting rooms once a year. There are two Mike s here and they do a superb job of making you feel special. The food also...

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and were really excited because we had never been to Raleigh. We originally picked this hotel because we are ihg members and thought the location was good. The location is good. The hotel is bad. The lobby is well kept and nice but as soon as you take the elevator...
