Loved the layout of separate function areas for work, sleep and relaxation. Convenient location for the bluegrass festival and IBMA awards. Also walking distance to the Warehouse District, Poole's Diner and museums.

Is there a grassy area or a park nearby to walk dogs?
Right across South Street next to the hotel. If you can see the downtown Raleigh map to the right of this posting, zoom in and hit the "satellite" button. The map shows an actual satellite pic of the area and you can see all the park type grassy areas around the hotel.
