Very clean facility, well maintained, great customer service. Room service was overpriced for what you got portion wise but was still decently good tasting. Housekeeping was quick and thorough. Indoor heated pool was great and underground access to the convention center was spectacular. I make a trip to Raleigh once a year and I'll stay here each time without question.

Visited for a volleyball tournament and while very convenient in location, the room needed a few necessities namely a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Other than that it was a fine visit. Beds slept well. Lots of restaurants nearby. No included breakfast or parking.

Our family recently stayed 3 nights at the Marriott Center City hotel. This is a very nice Hotel. Front desk staff was superb. Onsite parking is a bit expensive, so I would recommend a lot across the street. Lots of options for food and drink nearby. Housecleaning was late, but a call to the front desk got our room cleaned...

Stayed here over MLK holiday weekend for a junior volleyball tournament at the Convention Center next door. Very convenient as the hotel and Convention Center are connected. Check-in was smooth, room was tidy with a comfortable bed. There was plenty of extra floorspace to add an inflatable mattress for our daughter who was playing in the tournament. Would certainly stay...

This hotel was wonderful for our 3 night stay! The location can't be beat, and the hotel itself was very clean and lovely. There was a great bar downstairs in the lobby, and a Starbucks in the hotel itself. As far as the room went, it was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in...

We live in the RDU are but we're headed to a NYE event in downtown Raleigh and decided it best to stay at a local hotel for the evening. As a Marriott member I chose this location with its proximity to our event. I was a little disappointed with check in and no wifi as a preferred guest. It was...

Visited the hotel for New Year's celebration and you can't beat the location. The staff was very friendly and the Rye restaurant near the lobby was really good and has some great cocktails. Worth a visit!

Stayed Christmas Eve to Tuesday after while visiting family in Raleigh. The entire staff, including the restaurant wait staff, were incredibly gracious and friendly the entire time. The folks working Christmas Day treated us like we were at their home. Hotel room and facilities are all comfortable and convenient. The lobby restaurant was pretty good, especially for a hotel restaurant....

This review is long overdue. For the last 3 years, I've stayed a good number of nights at this hotel. I was first attracted by the layout - main reception, bar, and restaurant are wonderful. The restaurant actually has good food, too. I work in Raleigh often, and will sometimes eat at Rye even when not staying at the hotel....

This was a good hotel, the room was a good size, mostly clean and comfortable. There was a half drunk bottle of water in the room they tried to charge me for. I booked a king and got a room with 2 doubles. Not a huge problem but annoying. I got in late and had early meetings so ordered breakfast...
