This was an overnight trip and the Renaissance was exactly what we needed. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and plenty of space. The hotel itself is well appointed and so convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. We wandered the North Hills area and didn't touch the car until check out. Prices are reasonable for a room in...

I stayed here since I was working with a team who booked meeting and hotel rooms here. The hotel is very nice, service was great, and having the shops and restaurants right outside the hotel doors was a nice convenience. Ample free parking and the short drive to the airport were also nice. I would definitely stay here again when...

The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is great as there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance; there is a spa two doors down. My one complaint is that the hotel's restaurant, Flights, is in my opinion only "good" or "above average." There are better restaurants only a few steps away....

Due to unavailble rooms downtown near our convention, we booked a room here. So glad we did. This hotel had everything including plenty of parking and a delicious breakfast buffet which included made to order omlettes, french toast & pancakes. Steps away from the front doors were shops of all kinds, restaurants, a theater and even a farmers market on...

I stay at the Renaissance around 60 times a year. By far the best hotel in the city, operated by a top-notch staff. Great surrounding area with amazing restaurants, shops and a great workout facility.

We can think of only positive comments for the Renaissance North Hills. All employees were very friendly and efficient. We blew the $16/day and used the valet parking which was very convenient. The car retrieval was always very fast. The room was comfortable with good sleep quality, comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Very clean and well maintained. The bar...

My Sister and her Husband went here for their Honeymoon getaway. We made sure her wedding day was perfect yet the choice of the getaway was a terrible decision. We booked the honeymoon suite (rather pricey) for 2 nights. My brother in law gave my sister some diamond earrings for a wedding gift. Upon leaving (est.10 mins) my sister realized...

However, they will not use that phone number to contact you if you leave something of value in the room when you check out (even upon returning 20 minutes later to see if you can get it)...

This past weekend was our third stay at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills while visiting our daughter at NC State. The North Hills area of Raleigh has much to offer in the way of restaurants and upscale shops. The location is also close to major roads so getting downtown or to Chapel Hill/Durham is easy. The open air market adjacent...

We only spent one night here and would definitely return. The location can't be beat, with shopping and dining right outside the door. Our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean.
