Had to come up to Duke Raleigh Hospital. This hotel was a good location for family to stay while visiting hospital. Bathroom very small, could nearly squeeze past door to close it. The AC was loud. Food was very good.

As a family with two young kids, we were welcomed to "help yourself" with the luggage from car to hotel room, even though I asked for help. The hotel is exactly what you want in a hotel stay: a very nice comfortable room (new furnishings, bath, quality bed and linens) that is quiet, with a friendly helpful staff. Both of the Hyatts we stayed at during our road trip were very nice.

Staff was great and food was great. Not a big hotel, but quaint and comfortable. Located near businesses and restaurants and right off the freeway. Good place and clean and felt comfortable there as a woman travelling alone in a new city.

Avoid 2nd floor bc the building spot light shines into your room at night. Other than that it was a great stay...walking distance from Duke Raleigh Hospital. The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Large room with nice equipment and an appreciable confort. Nevertheless the rooms are really not noise proof and you can hear everything that is hapening outside or in the corridor. Check-in and check-out is pretty efficient and people there are really nice.

We checked into our hotel in the afternoon and front desk was nice and helpful. We returned to our room at 9pm to a smoke filled hall and party noises coming from the room next to ours. My daughter complained about how awful the room smelled with the smoke infiltrating into our room. I politely called to the front desk...
