What a beautiful little set of rooms, cottages and courtyard. We had a courtyard room which came with two beds, comfortable bathroom, refrigerator and small coffee pot. It was really nice to have a little screened in porch. This hotel is off the main road which is perfect, less traffic and noise. It's easily accessible to stores, restaurants and little...

Was very impressed with overall experience here. Room was immaculate! I was a housekeeping supervisor/ room inspector for a major resort in Wisconsin Dells and for a casino/hotel/ convention center in Baraboo Wisconsin. So I know clean. Absolutely loved the full size stove and fridge. Loved the 50's/60's mis matched dishes and silverware- made it feel like a family summer...

This was a very clean room, however the smell of mold was so overpowering. (didn't see mold, just smelled it.)The owners did try to cover it up with orange spray, which didn't work. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Do not come here if you have a mold allergy, other than that it was okay.

We take seriously our responsibility to our Customers. In the particular instance, we inquired as to "was the stay satisfactory" and received no negative feedback at "check out" nor during the stay. As to bedding, we attempt to correct any mattress matters if advised; be it soft or hard mattresses. Relative to the statement that there was a "moldy smell"....

Called on the road for reservation. They had one room left in the cottage. It was perfect. Clean, quiet, close to everything. Rocking chairs on the front porch to relax. Would stay here again! The staff was friendly and gave us bags of ice for our coolers. I highly recommend Edwards of Ocracoke. Excellent service and the room was clean....

I have never been in a hotel room so so clean. We stayed in one of the small rooms they had. We had a wonderful time and the staff was very accommodating and nice. Close to everything... great location!

My boyfriend and I took a trip out to Ocracoke this summer, and when looking for a place to stay, Edwards of Ocracoke was the only place that was even close to the low prices we were looking for. Most of the motels and inns on Silver Lake Harbor are much more expensive per night. That being said, the term...

We have been traveling to Ocracoke for many years. This time we just needed a place for 5 nights to join our son & family while they were there for 2 weeks. We have stayed in most of the B&B's on the island, have enjoyed them but had seen this little motel previously and at last minute thought we'd give...

This quaint hotel was perfect for meeting friends. They have a variety of types of rooms. I stayed in a small bungalow room. It was no frills but very clean and comfortable. My friends stayed in a larger room with a refrigerator and coffee maker. We were able to go from room to room and enjoy each other's company with...

We had a wonderful stay. It's not the newest place but it is very well maintained. Its not on the main drag, but to us that is plus. They were very accommodating, working with our late arrival and last minute plans. Choose one of the rooms with the screen porch, the porch is small but it's a good place to...

After searching Tripadvisor, we chose Edwards of Ocracoke for a short stay in July, 2014. We were impressed by the attention to detail in this older hotel: decor, cleanliness, location, comfortable bed, etc - all were excellent. All in all, a very cozy place! We are returning in September and can't wait!
