Do not be swayed by the bad reviews written by people who wrote only one review on Trip Advisor. This is a good budget hotel. This Super 8 had many good points that are not covered in these false reviews.
1. New furniture was in my room.
2. New carpet (no stains) were in my room.
3. The front desk staff was polite and respectful.
4. The breakfast was better than most Super-8s. Ding Dong pastries and yogurt were included. (No meat was provided. However, the yogurt provided good protein).
5. There was a smoking/picnic pavilion provided.
6. Unlike what was written, I found the property quiet with no people walking around.
There is one drawback, the rooms to the north (single beds) face a bar where there are drunks in the "Bar's" Parking lot. I closed my door and turned on the Air conditioning. I could not hear the drunks then...
If I were to go through here again, I would stay here as a springboard. The price was better than nearby cities. The view of the surrounding mountains were awesome.

Great hotel, located close to I-40, convenient on and off. Older hotel, well maintained, great staff, friendly and welcoming. Comfortable rooms, they have been updated with new furniture and paint. Offers smoking and non-smoking rooms as well as handicapped rooms. Breakfast includes cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee and juice. Approximately 5 miles from Walmart.

well, where do i begin . I stay at this property for 10 days. When I arrived I discovered DIRTRY sheets in my bed, I was okay with it because I had my own lining for the bed. I requested cleaning for a few days in the raw, and no one would show up to clean. Bathtab and toiled was never cleaned in my 10 days stay.

I recently stayed here for a few nights and found my stay very enjoyable. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The housekeepers do an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and they are taking the necessary safety precautions during these times. I will definitely come back whenever I am in town.

This is designed as a low-budget motel, and it lives oen to that moniker. Be wary - staff do not wear protective face coverings, despite requiremetns to do so. Also the "hot" breakfast is neither hot, nor of reasonable quality.

Check in was fine, night staff didn’t do anything about 8 people piled in room next to me and partying all night. Then. Motel staff smoking outside my room and coughing which is not a way to wake up. Then charged a $100 pet fee for a service dog.

my room is always clean and neat. due to covid19 breakfast was limited, which is understandable. the staff is always friendly and helpful. the motel is very easy to get to being located next to highway 40 exit. It is close to downtown Marion and the local area sites of interest.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever gone to let them know it check in our room smelled horrible. The floors were dirty mold in the bathroom hair in the sink and all I was told was we are completely booked. We can’t give you another one called everywhere around nowhere available in the dump and leaving a day early after a horrible not sleeping night to be told we cannot be refunded

it is okay place if you are okay with dirty toilet and bathtab. I requested for toilet to be cleaned twice, but it was not done. Housekeeper just take out garbage and replaced towels once a week. Location of this motel is really good. Rooms is very small.

Never checked in do to family emergency but was still charged full price after calling and cancelling. Was told to talk to Booking.com when I finally spoke to someone there they tell me I need to call the hotel and ask them to ok on the refund. Just keep getting the run around from both sides
