I used Trip Advisor to book room (First Time). I went to a convention but the 'host' hotel does not accept pets so I wanted the closest pet friendly lodging and Trip Advisor listed this one just 1/4 mile from the convention center and on impulse I clicked to book it. No disappointment. The room was large and clean. My...

Hey, thank you for choosing our little place here in beautiful Maggie Valley. My family and I work very hard to give you a great place to stay. We are thrilled you had a great time. Not bad for a place only open 7 months of the year. We do have some updates planned for this season. Stay tuned. It...

Let's start out by saying I'll never believe reviews again!! This place should not be allowed to rent a room!!From the time we pulled in I was ready to pull back out!! When I stepped inside of our room I was disgusted! The smell was terrible, fire alarm was just hanging from the ceiling, clothes rack hanging loose from the...

Ok here we go. ::rolls eyes:: First off thank you for choosing my little place in Maggie Valley. My family and I work hard to make sure our home is presentable and comfortable to ALL our guests. Whether it be one night or much longer. One source of great pride is the cleanliness of my rooms and that they are...

This was a last minute (choose the destination while leaving home , so, no reservations) trip. Nice room with very nice bed and linens. The owner was very helpful with directions and recommendations of places to eat as well as discounts given to us. Will probably be back.

What a great place to spend time in Maggie Valley or even Cherokee. The room was spacious and had been upgraded. I was on the bottom floor and wasn't I surprised how quiet the shower was. Never heard anyone beside me or on the second floor when they were running water. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of channels on...

We stayed there recently for two nights. Like another reviewer stated, it was noisy, but had to consider how close to the road we are. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the owner/manager was very responsive when asked about extras or recommendations. All considered, we would stay there again.

This place is fantastic. I travel a lot and have stayed in some places that were twice as bad for twice as much.Great spot if your trying to stay out of the hustle/bustle of travel towns Nice AMERICAN family run motel. Everything was great. Will return to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting the NC mountains. The proprietor was congenial and adjusted our bill, which was incorrect. The room seemed okay, had a comfortable king-size bed and a micro & fridge, and adequate space. That's the good news. The bad news is there is almost no insulation between floors (we were...

The owner Allen is one of the nicest people you could meet. His rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Pillows I've never had in any hotel - so soft and definitely no lumps. Solid price for a solid room. I would stay here the next time I go to Maggie Valley.
