Stayed 3 nights and wife and I were comfortable here. Rooms were clean and updated and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning and staff kept area clean+ full of fresh food. Used indoor pool and hot tub and parking was ok. We stayed 2 nights in the Comfort Inn. We always take two rooms, adjoining if possible, because my snoring is nasty! We both slept soundly because our rooms were on the opposite side of the parking lot. Each day more motorcycles filled the lot. These are old guys like us who are enjoying riding around the mountains on 2-3 wheels...

This property was superb. Front desk clerk was very helpful and quick to respond to questions, needs and problems. There was a problem with the Hot tub but that was a minor thing. Staff was aware and was working on that issue. The breakfast was fantastic. Not all pastries. There was a good variety of things to choose from. The...

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Check in was very quick and the lady at the desk was very friendly. Our room smelled really clean and everything looked good. The furniture had a country look. Very quiet evening. I swam in the indoor pool. There are windows with a view of the small mountain behind the hotel. The sunset from...

This hotel has just been renovated this year. It is very clean and refreshing, the front desk clerk was absolutely top notch! I would stay here again and again and I recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Things to consider they have a indoor pool that is accessible through inside corridors so you don't have to go outside. There...

I had just about given up on finding a place to stay in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area . I had been checking all the travel websites and there were no rooms available for our Labor Day weekend trip. We only wanted to stay one night and most places required a 2 night minimum , but had no vacancy. I found...
