The rooms are so clean, the staff are very friendly...we have stayed here several times and everytime is great....close to everything, pool is great, put put is fun....we love Castlewood. We always stay on the bottom floor closet to the put put, the rocking chairs...More
The room was clean but the beds were hard. We asked for extra towels and were refused. We tried to enjoy the pool but the maintenance guy was drunk and out of line. We may stay again but not with the kids.
