    We had heard about the dining at the ranch but never ventured up there until the owner of Elevated Distilleries mentioned how good the food was there. Reservations are required but it was well worth the trip up the mountain. We will do that again.

    We love animals, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate animals in our units. Animals on the grounds, hiking, biking, etc, are welcome.

    My understanding is that as long as they aren't full re guests they welcome non-guests. I don't think there are special nights. I would call Cataloochee and tell them when you want to come and see if they can accommodate... More
