My friend and I stayed 3 days and really enjoyed everything. The view was spectacular and the owners mike and lynn were so nice. They cooked hamburgers and hot dogs the day we arrived as it was labor day everyone enjoyed this treat out on the deck. Our room was clean and comfortable the balcony was fabulous my favorite place...

I would give this place 5 stars but I do not like nor care for the dog and cat that runs around inside and outside the eating area. Now for all the good; Mike and his staff are super nice people and Mike really knows how to cook a mean Ribeye and BBQ ribs. They take really good care of...

Thanks Brett. We appreciate your feedback. I try to keep the cat out but it doesn't always work out. Blue is a service dog and must be nearby while I'm working. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you guys next year!

Booked 6 months in advance three motorcycles to rent and one night for 5 guys. Had out of country guests to impress with a 6 day motorcycle trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mike and Lynn were fantastic. They put up with my many calls to make sure that everything was perfect for my friends arrival....and it was. Not like...

Thanks Mark for the feedback on the Motorcycle rentals as well as the room rentals. We really enjoyed meeting your friends and hope everyone comes back for another adventure ride in the future. I purchased 2 more BMW's to add to the rental fleet so we will be ready! Thanks again.

Had the most wonderful dinner with a spectacular view!! Ribs were meaty and delicious. The best crab cakes with minimal filler. Key lime pie was not the traditional recipe but one of the best we've had - we are Floridians if that describes how good it was!!

The Inn is rustic and the rooms unique. I really liked the fact that we had a room with access to the balcony but would prefer if the window in the door was covered with a curtain or frosted, anyone could walk-up and see us in the room. The staff and owner were very friendly and tried to make our...

The Skyline Village Inn was the last stop on a 6-week summer odyssey taken with my two young grandsons. We were in the area to go gem mining at Emerald Village in Little Switzerland and I wanted to stay close by. This small inn is rustic as mentioned in the description; however, it was one of the cleanest places at...

This is an old fashioned mom and pop motel. The owners are so friendly and along with a gentleman named David run the entire motel. When we arrived we were told that they served dinner on the patio at reasonable price. As we sat on patio Mike the owner comes up and fires up the gas grill to cook dinner....

The Skyline Village inn is a classic slice of Americana preserved and updated for today. the rooms overlook a beautiful valley, and you're just seconds off the Blue Ridge Parkway. our GPS had us turn the wrong direction for the Skyline but know that it's just West of the Parkway not East. The rooms are older in decor, but clean....

Historical Inn that has been redone by current owners... looks better than ever. Was nice to find they have BMW and other motorcycles for rent.. That was very handy. Took friends there from Sweden that wanted to ride and stay cool in the NC heat weve had. Worked perfectly, and was very reasonable...

We stopped here overnight while we were riding the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was great. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and the balcony with the view was amazing! The owner and his dog Barney are very friendly and really cater to their guests. We will definitely be back. They also have covered motorcycle parking in the back.
