We love to tent camp and there is no better location than North Carolina in the fall. Linville Falls Campground is a great location to set up "home base" as there is so much to do in the area. The campground is nice and I remember staying at the same campground when I was growing up over 40 years ago!...

My husband and I went with friends. Our friends had a pop up camper, with ac, and we rented a cabin. No WIFI and cell service was spotty, so it was a great place to "unplug". Every place has a pit, and we built a fire every night. The colors were beautiful! We hiked Linville Falls during the day. There...

My s/o and I have been visiting here once a year, for the past 5-6 years, and we love it! We have done tent camping, and cabin rentals, and have yet to be disappointed. It's family and dog friendly, and has a very home-like atmosphere. Cabin and site rental rates are very reasonable, and the place is always super clean!...

We visit this campground twice a year with a large group of friends. The campground is under new ownership (2016) and they are making lovely small changes that make it even better! You can't get a better location and with the beautiful canopy of trees, it's just a amazing place. If you are looking for peace and quite, you will...

The people who operate the campground were super nice and very helpful. The campground is very tight, and there is not a lot of privacy. We decided to move to another less populated campground. We are giving it 4 stars because of the owners

We just returned from Linville Falls Campground where we camped with our family (2 kids- ages 2 and 5) and our friends with kids ( ages 6 and 8) and the campground was perfect. The kids entertained themselves on the playground all day and we could clearly watch them from our sites. The pavilion was great and the location was...

We stayed in the primitive camping area for three nights. "Primitive" is actually not a good word for it. The sites were clean and well-maintained, each with its own garbage can and fire pit. Bathhouse was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Marla and Kenny were excellent hosts. The camp store was both well-stocked and reasonably priced. You can buy essentials like...

Stayed in the primitive camping area. 2 tents + car = full camp site (#41). Bathhouse was neat, clean, and well supplied. The dishwashing sink on the side was welcome. Kenny and Marla were very nice and friendly. There is a comfortable separation between most sites. Delivery of firewood was nice so we didn't get bark all in our vehicle....

We had a great spot and it was very quiet in the campground. Weather was perfect for a fire. Bathhouse was clean and close to all the sites. Lots of neat places to visit in the area. Thanks Kenny and Marla for your hospitality!

We stayed two nights and loved everything about this park. I highly recommend this place to campers. The owners were friendly and helpful and the location was so convenient. Out sight, #2, was a great site.
