My wife and I needed a long overdue break from some hectic times. I came across the Chandler Inn through Groupon. Prior to booking I spoke to the Innkeeper Randy and he was uber friendly, which further enforced the decision to stay here. My wife has never stayed at a B&B so she called Randy and asked a gazillion questions,...

My husband and I stayed at the Chandler Inn for a quick anniversary overnight in the Highlands area. We were greeted outside at the car and shown to our room. We had a private suite above the office with a gas fireplace and king size bed. Our room was very cozy and nicely decorated with clean white bed linens. We had...

I cannot say enough good things about The Chandler Inn. It is CLEAN, the rooms are cozy , although there was some chilly air coming in around the door to our room (103) the fireplace and warm heat more than made up for it. The bed was very comfortable and beautiful. They do not skimp on linens. The towels were...

The owner remembers his clients and could not be more friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean with fireplaces and very comfortable beds. I have stayed in lots of hotels and homes in Highlands and this is at the top of my list. I will be back.

We stayed one night and our overall thoughts were that we'd definitely stay again. It's cozy, quaint, charming and clean. The owners are very friendly and know the area really well. What you'd expect to stay here is a simple, no frills, relaxing place to escape to for whatever reason your visit and an easy 0.5 mile walk to downtown.

We visited Highlands, NC on 10/2/15 and were going to stay at the Edwards Inn. They were booked so the person I spoke to recommended The Chandler Inn. We are so glad he did! It was charming and rustic but still had everything we needed. Not to mention it was much less expensive than the Edwards Inn would have been....

My fiance and I stayed at the Chandler Inn for just one night while looking at a venue in Cashiers for our wedding. It's conveniently located in the Highlands, but easily driveable from Cashiers. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The couple that own the inn were super friendly and made a delicious...

My wife and I love Highlands and this was our first trip without the kids along so we looked for a B&B. The Chandler Inn was perfect. We had a spacious, clean and comfortable room with a private entrance. Randy and Letti were fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were great, with a different souffle each morning, with another casserole to accompany...

We spent two nights there...gas fireplace did not work, no decorations on the mantle so room was really bare, no shade on the window facing the bed so we woke at first light, and no housekeeping! Bed not made, trash never picked up. Breakfast was tasty (even though you had to get your own plates, forks and knives), bed was...
