Sheraton Imperial is a nice hotel in Raleigh/ Durham city area. Very near from RTP where many Tech companies are located. They provide shuttle service to most nearby companies around and also to airport. The service was good except that when I chose not to change the linen, towels as a green choice, I never thought that this would result...

Nearly everything about the Sheraton Imperial Hotel was in the poor/terrible range. Summary: awful guest services, really old and uncomfortable beds, dated rooms, and bad lounge experience. If your corporate travel department forces you to stay here, good luck. If you're able to choose your hotel, please, please stay somewhere else (see below for suggested SPG/Marriott hotels). Check-in: I'm a...

This hotel seems a bit old, but will maintained. The lobby is large with simple elegant decorations The room we've got had 2 large beds, spacious and clean. The amenities available are good including a capsule coffee machine. The room is facing the swimming pool with a cool scenery on the nearby lands. The reception staff were super friendly and...

I've just checked in only to find out my USB charger had been broken at some point earlier in the day. Check the room to find there are no USB chargers in the room at all. (There is an Ethernet cord however - in case I brought my laptop from 1999). Walked down to the front desk to see if...

I was attending a conference at this hotel and stayed there over a 4 night period. Check in was relatively quick and painless. The room was clean and up to date. The room actually contained an in-room safe, which is somewhat rare these days. Free WiFi worked well with good connectivity and decent speed. A down side of the room...

Sheraton has implemented a new "green" program which purports to help the environment but the green that is involved is staff salary. Basically no one comes to your room to empty trash make the bed change the towels or vacuum . For this you get 5$ to spend in their one restaurant. This would not bother me so much if...

I stayed at the Sheraton for a conference and enjoyed the property. It didn't take 10 minutes walking to get from the rooms to the convention center ballrooms and also only about 10 minutes driving to downtown Durham, so I approve of the size and location. The property connects with a gym next door so there is a large facility...

I don't normally write a poor review, but I truly feel like this hotel can do better. I am a huge proponent of SPG hotels, specifically Sheratons, but this one really misses the mark. I checked into the hotel and the front desk staff were accommodating - they upgraded me to a suite, which was appreciated. When I asked if...

If you had left your personal stuff at hotel, the hotel will claim that it is like your stuff in a mall. They claim they don't have any control over who comes to the hotel. I would not take any expensive item to this hotel

Just what you expect for a solid hotel in a business trip: quick check-in and check-out, easy parking, comfortable bed, spacious room with the right furniture and functionality to work, read or relax. Plus, it's walking distance to many of the business offices in RTP and a 10 minute drive to the airport. The convenience store in the hotel is...
