We spent Friday night, last minute, looking for a getaway for the weekend. The resort was way too expensive, and this is very convenient. Literally across the street. Nice hotel room, friendly staff, no complaints. We had a Jacuzzi room on the first floor. A little pricey, but to be expected for a Friday night with all the prices double....

Just recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Cherokee NC. My husband and I were greeted with smiles and lovely attitudes and offered free upgrad. Because we only needed one bed. We appreciated the upgrad because we only needed one bed. The room we got was clean and within easy access of their nice indoor pool. But at 3...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Please accept our sincere apology the night staff was rude, odor in the hallway and for the noise disturbance. I am glad to hear you had a pleasant check in experience and we were able to upgrade you to a suite and that our front...

Exterior and lobby give you a great first impression. Once we entered the hallway both the first and second level, all smelt horrible like marijuana- both days we stayed. It's gross & uninviting. The king size room we had was small but nice. The pull out couch unfortunately was uncomfortable but that's how most pull out couches are. The free...

Trustworthy and dependable. Another great stay at a Marriott brand hotel. This one is conveniently close to the casino, and is a short drive from the downtown districts. Day trips to the Blue Ridge parkway and Smoky Mountain National Park are doable as well. Rooms are clean, service was great. The work out area is decent, typical. There is an...

I choose Marriott because I know that my stay will always be uneventful. Never a problem with my stays at the Marriott chain. I stayed in a one bedroom suite at the Fairfield Inn across from Harrah's Casino. The living room and bathroom were separate from the bedroom which offered a bit of privacy. Very cozy. Complimentary breakfast this morning...

Stayed 2 nights for trip to Cherokee. Location is right across the street from the casino. Actually less of a walk to the casino than if staying at Harrahs hotel. Hotel is comfortable. Had a problem with a squeaky bathroom door. Caroline had it fixed promptly. Many thanks to her.

This hotel is across the street from the casino, which is great, but still not the best news. The folks at this hotel treat you right and make you feel like a vip. Laura and Caroline set the tone at the front desk, and it follows all the way through housekeeping. We asked for a small favor from the front...

The Good: Let me begin by saying that the location is perfect. It's just a few minutes to 441 and right across the street from the casino. The room itself was quite spacious. We had a king room and it included a sleeper sofa, desk, and second TV with a radio for that area. The bathroom was a good size...

The hotel is very convenient to the casino...right across the street. Staff greeted guests immediately upon entering the hotel. Room faced the street, and the noise from trucks, motorcycles, etc., was noticeable. The room was rather small, with dated decor, but bathroom was clean and functional. The elevators were very slow, and another guest indicated that one of the two...

My wife and I always go to the beach in October, but thanks to a hurricane named Matthew, that changed. We decided to go to Cherokee to do a little gambling and check out the mountains during a late coming fall.( leaves were just starting to turn and the weather was great) Where to stay???? We thought about at Harrah's...
