I really enjoy the location of this property. It is located within reasonable distance to several attractions and restaurants within the Charlotte area. The staff was nice and I will definitely return if the chance arises in the future.

I stay at this Marriott every other week for business travels. They have the friendliest staff and are super helpful. Floyd always greets me with a smile and a glass of the wine of the day. Definitely makes business travel less lonely.

The friendly and accommodating staff make this hotel sparkle. The property was converted from another brand so there are a few quirky things, such as the concierge lounge being off the first floor lobby, and a couple of rooms having silly fireplaces that look like someone is shining a flashlight on red reflective paper. My husband and I stayed for two nights as a little getaway. The staff was amazing- even called me by name. The room was great - smelled so nice and so clean. The location was perfect- close to restaurants and nice shopping. We Highly recommend!!

I frequently stay at the Marriott Charlotte Southpark on business. The service is always excellent! Taylor (the manager of the hotel) has quite a team of professionals and do a wonderful job of making me feel at home. Floyd, who is more than a bellman, goes the extra mile to take great care of me every time I am there....

This property has an extremely polite and welcoming staff from the time you enter the door. The hospitality is personified by Lincoln in the member lounge for breakfast.
