I did an internet search for dog friendly hotels in Charlotte. I had moved to Charlotte a couple of days before and my dog had been shipped from Calif. I was pleasantly surprised when Four Points came up and the price was right. (lesson #1-don't believe everything you read on the website) I went ahead and paid for 2 nights...

Our first room was quite dirty and had hair left in many places. The manager quickly moved us across the hall to a clean room. Overall the stay was not bad once we got settled in the second time around.

I have no complaints about the property itself. Rooms are very nice, location is great. For the most part this was a very enjoyable stay. However, I would recommend that some of the hotel staff receive customer service training. Upon check out, I was standing at the front desk while Koockie tried very hard not to notice me: no eye...

Our airplane out of Charlotte had mechanical issues so AA booked us at this hotel overnight. The hotel is clean and the staff was courteous. I got a nice room with a King Bed and clean sheets. I can't complain about the room in terms of cleanliness although the bathroom exhaust fan in my room is loud when turned on....

I booked an accessible room with roll-in shower for four nights hoping to be comfortable while dealing with family emergency. The night before I called to confirm my reservation and was told everything was fine. So when I arrived I asked the desk clerk was my reservation correct, she told me yes you have an accessible room. Stayed at this property in the past but have noticed it's looking more tired and in need of a refresh than before. The room furniture looks like old Sauder furniture from the 80's, carpet, walls and furniture are showing their wear. Room service menu is about the same as going to a fast food joint. My decision to stay here...

So the hotel is fine, its just not great...rooms show decent wear, and I've only stayed once but my room wasn't as clean as Id hope (found hair in the bathroom). Personally, I'd avoid and go with a better place, but I got stuck here overnight on a layover.
