    Great stay

    Short trip but great stay. The rooms where clean, staff was friendly, and the location is where you want to be. The only down side to me was no microwave in the room other than that the experience was good.More

    Easter 2018

    Overall good experience. Probably be alot better after renovations are complete. Great people, great location close to the Spectrum center, which was great. Couldn't ask for too much more. Will definitely recommend.More

    Wonderfully renovated

    Hotel is in wonderful condition. Tasteful and comfortable decor. Perfectly located in center of town. Will stay there again. Also...shout out to Justin at the front desk. He couldn’t have been more welcoming. It was an added touch to our experience.More

    Heart of the City

    This hotel is located in the heart of downtown. It is in walking distance of several shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accomodating. I would stay here again. The price was exceptional for a 4-star hotel.More

    The hotel does not offer a shuttle. However Charlotte Area Transit (CATS) operates the Airport Sprinter that picks up at the airport every 20 minutes weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends and evenings at a cost of $2.20
