This hotel was near the things we wanted to see and do and was not expensive. Our rooms were clean, wifi was good, and no issues with street noise. Although no breakfast was included with the rooms there are plenty of places nearby to eat cheaply if needed. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for a work trip. The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of town, walking distance to everywhere. There was lots of urine splash on the wall near the toilet and I could hear the conversation the woman was having with her husband on her cell phone in the room next door. The staff was incredibly...

We stayed here for an event at the Spectre Center. It is within walking distance. The hotel is very nice and clean. All staff was friendly. They helped us figure out where to go. They also told us what areas to avoid. Overall great experience.

I go to Charlotte a lot on business, and usually stay at the Westin or Residence Inn. This time, the only thing available was the Holiday Inn. So, I decided to give it a try. On check in, I was treated very well by Ninfa the desk clerk, and she gave me access to the club room, or whatever you...

We'd never been to Charlotte before so we wanted to be somewhere close to the dining and sights of uptown. Based on the reviews, the Holiday Inn looked promising and we were not let down. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful. The young man who checked us in (Brad) was amazing. Very polite and extremely...

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Staff was friendly and check-in was efficient. The rooms were not very special, but good and comfortable enough for a stay in the city. Everything was clean and well taken care of, so you do get what you pay for. All...

I was on Business Trip last Sept 16-30 and stayed in this Hotel in Charlotte Uptown. It was a pleasant experience. Room is always clean whenever i enter my room after work. Housekeeping are friendly. Receptionists are accomodating. What i will never forget during my trip is the protests that happened on Sept 21 for four consecutive nights. The hotel...

You're in the heart of Uptown, but the hotel is peaceful - room was not large but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Walk to everything - library, museums, restaurants, historic sites, light rail, 7th Street Market, etc.

My husband & I stayed here for an overnight layover (3pm - 7am the next day). The hotel location is really great with many food options. Lots of fancy places & also fast casual places for the business crowd. The hotel room was fine but had a dingy feel & the walls were thin. Definitely not what you'd expect at...

We booked this hotel for a business conference, and from the beginning, the service was outstanding. Sales staff, front desk, banquet staff ... they were all professional and helpful. The guest rooms are simple but clean and spacious. Our meeting room spaces were ready and waiting for us, and all of our last-minute requests were met with a smile and...
