I tried to make a reservation at Aloft Chapel Hill, but was stymied. I called their direct number listed on the website and got a recording saying only "Checkout Message." I called the toll free central reservations number and told them I wanted to make a reservation for Aloft Chapel Hill. The lady who answered did not seem to understand...

Clean hotel, great price, great location. The lobby has a pool table, bar, cool sitting area. Nice gym and indoor swimming pool. Breakfast in the morning is not free but lots if choices. Near the university and great restaurant across the street (Bin fifty four). Hallways are clean and modern and valet parking is available.

Been here multiple times. It is definitely cool, trendy, and engaging. If you've never been to an Aloft property you will be pleasantly surprised by the room set up, the lobby layout including a pool table and sitting areas, and workout areas and lounge. Rooms on the side away from Raleigh Rd. are quietest, and they will try to accommodate...

We love Chapel Hill and wanted to stay close during a weekend wedding trip. The hotel is very modern so do not expect Embassy Suites. There is parking out front of the hotel on the street, but also a parking deck you have access to. We used the complementary valet service, tipped the guys, and they were excellent. We had...

We were only in Chapel Hill for a banquet overnight - out the next morning. Accomodtions were excellent and the staff was friendly & professional. Fun bars and restaurants close by. Our room was next to elevator, which I will usually ask for a room change but since they were full, not possible. However, not once were we able to...

The Aloft is very hip and laid back. Desk staff took care of everything. Thanks! Valet guys are the best! Lots of very good places to eat within a short walk- Element, Tobacco Road,One is just a short drive. Bartenders are good but very reserved. Love the floor of the elevators. Check it out!

I am a 31 year-old "hipster" librarian. I visit Durham/Chapel Hill at least 3 times a year and usually stay in Durham. But the hotel I usually stay at was booked, and everything else in Durham is subpar in my opinion. Since I come to the area to visit doctors at Duke, I like my hotel to be nice... not...

We definitely recommend staying here. It's a fun place with great staff (particularly the front desk and the car valet guys), has spacious rooms with great bathrooms and was very reasonably priced. We particularly liked the large flat screen tv with easy external device access (so we could watch netflix from my computer) and extra cables are available from the...

My husband and I have spent two wedding anniversaries here and really enjoyed it. Although we have traveled the world and at times go to other locales on our wedding anniversary, for these two particular times we had to stay somewhat local. Staff were friendly, hotel was very clean and modern, and it was fun to take a dip in...

I guess I'm just traditional, but I don't like the concrete/stark look. It was ok, but in a good location. There are a couple of restaurants, a nail salon, and a couple of good boutique shops. I shopped there when I needed to look nice for an event.
