Very clean, free breakfast was easy to take on-the-go. Good location allowing for day trips to the Smoky Mountains and other hiking locations like Mount Mitchell. Close to downtown. Internet connection was poor.

I recently stayed here while moving. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and affordable.
