Nestle up on a hill, this "older" Inn was perfect for our overnight stay for the Polar Express in Bryson City. The rooms were clean but could use some updating. The dinner and breakfast, served family style, were delicious and plentiful. Staff was very friendly.

This was our second visit to the Hemlock Inn -- this time to enjoy the Smokies in their Fall glory with our daughter and son-in-law. We stayed this time in two rooms with back balconies that faced the deep, picturesque woods. The king-sized beds were comfortable and the bathroom Fifties efficient. The knotty pine walls in the rooms and the...

My wife and me were delighted to get a night at the Hemlock Inn. The quite and peace of the place were just what we needed to start our weekend. We had the privilege to be placed by Mort for our meals with a family that had been coming to the Hemlock Inn since 1972. This was our first time....

We had some last minute changes to our Labor Day weekend plans, but fortunately were able to book Saturday and Sunday nights at the Hemlock Inn on relatively short notice. We were just blown away by the beauty and charm of this rustic property. The staff could not have been nicer, our room was clean, and the food was delicious...

My wife and I had dinner there and had s delightful experience. The staff was very welcoming and the fellow diners were very friendly. The family style dinner is great as you can load up on your favorite dinner item. Mine was the country ham, for sure. The surroundings of the mountains were beautiful. A great evening at a very...

We had a wonderful visit at the Hemlock Inn. The atmosphere was wonderful for couples and families. The family style meals were good and so was the fellowship. The scenery was beautiful and the inn is just up the road from activities like rafting and zip lining. We will defiantly be going back!!

I just returned from a weeks stay at the Hemlock Inn and had a wonderful relaxing time. I have been going there for over thirty years and it amazes me how well kept and well maintained "Mort" keeps the place. The food is excellent and served family style with a different menu every morning and evening. All the food is...

Our family loves the Hemlock Inn. Something happens to us when we are there. We relax. We talk to each other. We play games. We forget about phones and TV. We hike and breathe in the beauties of the forest. At night we sit and enjoy an absolutely delicious dinner with strangers who quickly become friends. . We are looking...
