Very Clean, nicely appointed rooms with lots of character; show pride of ownership. Quiet beautiful setting, just off the main road. Owners very helpful in area highlights. Great Value, would love to return for a little longer stay!

At first the room smelled a little musty, but it was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. The bathroom walls have real personality with cute murals. The room was clean and neat with lots of country bric-a-brac as decor

Sorry, don't know why this took so long to reach my mailbox. On a Saturday a room with one queen bed would be 95 on that weekend, that's the total after sales and lodging taxes. Presently on our own holiday, but will be home before your date. If you would like to reserve please call us 828-963-4372 and that will transfer to our cell, we are generally available about 9 to 9 to answer the phone. Our address is Boone, but about 5 miles to the edge of town proper and a few more miles depending on your specific destination. The university and most eating in the 7 to 9 mile range. Our rooms vary in size from one bed to three beds and the price will vary according to the size room needed or that which is still available at the time a reservation is made.
At this time, July 2015, mid-week generally ranges from 57.65 (65 after tax) to 75.39 (85 after tax) and Friday/Saturday/Holiday from 84.25 (95 after tax) to 102 (115.01 after tax); note there may be some exceptions, but this will be a general guide.
