Super dated, loud and creepy. Despite the groovy rose colored double jacuzzi next to the bed and the fireplace, the room was anything but romantic. We could hear the guests in the next bathroom and we knew what exactly what they were doing, and for how long! Shower went dangerously from lukewarm to scalding to ice cubes. I hated almost...

The cabin design was very nice. Woodwork, layout, etc. However, we found that the bed sheets were dirty in one room, a hat was left on the back of the sofa, blood on a set of sheets that we had to wash, the rugs were nasty you could not walk on with clean socks without them turning black, the dishes...

bed was worn out , door to balcony would not stay locked , needs remodel renovation no working ice machine in our building. You had to go back to main building to get ice. Personnel were very helpful but the rooms need updating.. The price was too much for the outdated rooms

We stayed here on july 30 2016. We actually enjoyed our stay. This motel was typical of a road side motel. Reminded me of when i was a kid a long long time ago before corporate greed took over. Price was reasonable and the room was clean. A little musty but this place has been around a long time. You...

We visited the weekend before Memorial Day and I had booked a motel room because this was the least expensive motel in the area. When we arrived no one was there, but we noticed the motel section was right on the busy highway. We opted to upgrade to a "lodgement room," accessed by a separate road behind the motel. We...

I booked a room at this hotel because it was the last room available in Boone that was affordable. It smelled heavily of disinfectant, but the worst was to come. At about 2 am the "guests" in the next room returned from the bars and proceeded to have a physical and verbal brawl that included shouting and hitting, slamming of...

I made the error of thinking that the room I had booked was a cabin room. I booked outside of Boone especially for that reason. I thought I'd have nice views. All I got was a view of a highway. The room had a pretty pungent smell and the bathroom was shocking!!! I didn't even use the shower as I...

We decided to stay here in June while we were touring the region and driving North and South on the BR Parkway, before we went down to Franklin NC. We declined the offer of a cabin because they did not appear to be value for the extra money or to any advantage over a motel room. We were given room...

I booked this in a hurry without checking the reviews.. paid far to much $99 for a room not worth half that the beds were ok it was clean but the smell doesnt go even with door open .. and its noisy with thin walls . Friendly New Yorker on arrival. However would not recommend.

I guess I was lucky to stay in motel rather than cabins, based on what others have said. Room was clean, bathroom was a bit scruffy, bed comfortable. But... One towel was stained and another had big holes in it. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and motel is convenient to shops and restaurants.
